    I ordered a custom blanket from MakeMeSurprise 11/22/22, order number *******. The price with tax and shipping was $65.14. The order arrived at Fast Track *** on 12/11/22. It has been sitting there ever since. It was supposed to be delivered to **** to be delivered to me. **** created a shipping label **************************. I contacted **** who told me they never received the package. I tried calling Fast Track Shipping but after a ring and a brief stint on hold a voice message says the number is not in service.

    I order a Christmas decoration on November 7th and have still not received it. I was provided a tracking number that never was updated and when I asked about it I received the same automated email response. I pressed to be contacted by an actual person and have received nothing. I most recently received a **** tracking number, but when I contacted **** they knew nothing about it. I paid for 3-7 day shipping and as of today the item is 45 days.

    On nov 7 th i ordered a product from brown-glory. It was a garage door Christmas holiday wrap. They charged me over 100 dollars. this product was shipped from *****. It took 6 day to travel in ***** and then was stuck in customs there. It finally reached the ** and was stuck in customs for a week. The next update I received that the product was stuck in ***** ** for another 10 days( I live in *******). The they sent an update that they just passed by ******* and my product was stuck in ******* **********( which is where it has been stuck again for day number 8). I have tried to call brown-glory and received no response, I have tried to call fast track and the phone puts you on hold and then hangs up on you. These two companies are running a scam and they are raking up the money. something needs to happen to both of these companies they are working together to scam people all over *****************. I still haven't received my product and Christmas is this weekend. Great job scammers!

    Fast track express *** has been holding our package since December 11th. Can't get ahold of them to release it to the postal service. This is a Christmas gift for our daughter that was ordered back in November. It has been at the facility in Jamaica, ** supposedly since 12/1 then bounced to Woodbridge, IL on 12/8 then back to Jamaica, ** since 12/11. Here we are no package and we are located in ******* keeps saying **** is awaiting item from shipping partner. I think this business is a scam.     On 26 NOV 2022 I ordered a leather coat from a company called Modacrise.com order number ****** for the price of $119.98. It was sent to Fast Track Express and Cargo Svc. In Jamaica ** on 09 DEC 2022. It supposedly left Jamaica ** on 12 DEC 2022 headed to ***** There has been no movement of the package since, and today is 19 DEC 2022. After reading reviews today, it seems the 2 companies are possibly in cahoots and stealing money from consumers. I have called the publicly listed number for Fast Track, and after a recorded greeting you are put on hold. After that brief hold, you are told the number is no longer in service. I have sent an email to Modacrise.com ******************** but found no phone number listed for them either.

    I ordered fast shipping on a product on November 26th apparently it didnt get to you guys until December 7th-10th and it has not moved from you guys to **** for a week. I paid extra for shipping and still havent gotten my package in like over 3 weeks

    On September 1st i ordered sneakers from Chillfashion.shop and they gave me tracking for the package that indicated my package was being shipped. It has been 4 weeks and no package. The tracking is stuck saying that my package was picked up by Fast Track Express but has not been forwarded to **** for delivery. I believe they are in partnership with sketchy online businesses like chillfashion.shop, scamming people out of their money.

    I ordered three phone cases from a website. I had no idea they would be coming from ******. It stated they were shipped through Fast Track Express. It told me it had arrived in Jamaica Queens ** on July 13 few days it says arrived at shipping partner or departed shipping partner. It is no September 13 and it was last updated on the 9th of September stating it arrived at shipping partner. There is no way to get in touch with anyone on the phone and the email I have tried to reach someone and no reply back. I am angry. I am now out of ***** an the company I bought it from I email and they are refusing to give me a refund.
