    I ordered a Christmas Sweater from Pawfect House on November 19, 2023. I received an update that my package was being shipped on November 25, 2023. The tracking number is ************************** with ***** As you can see from the photo I uploaded it hasnt moved. I filed a complaint with Pawfect House and their response is that its the holidays and things are delayed. I let them know that my wife made a purchase with them on November 29, 2023, and she received it yesterday, December 12, 2023. It was not shipped by Fast Track Express, **** I need my item by Friday, December 16, 2023 for a party I am hosting. It should have arrived by now but according to the photo I have shown you, Fast Track Express hasnt moved it from Jamaica, ** since November 25th. I am 2 hours away from there and could have driven there every day to get it if I was allowed. I would like my package deliver for my party.

    I bought a shirt from a Company in Jamaica ** The name of the company is Jolly Threads (AKA Hallow Threads. They sent me a message on Dec. 2 that the item had been shipped and gave me a tracking number. The shipping Company they used was Fast Track Express. This is a Christmas present and the tracking number is an **** number but says it is at Fast Track. I want to know the status of order as I want to receive in time for Christmas. The tracking number is **************************. I am hoping to get an answer about this item.. I have sent several emails to Hallow Threads but have not heard back from them. This makes me think that they are scamming also.

    A shipping label was created on 11-26-2023 in Jamaica ** by the seller and arrived at Fast Track Express *** on 11-28-2023. Everyday there are updates stating **** awaiting item with no progess by shipping partner. Today the message is the same "**** awaiting Item" with absolutely no progress for 14 days and I believe this is a scam. I would like to know if the package was lost/damaged so I can request refund.

    I ordered shoes from Online Shoes on November 18,2023. These were guaranteed delivery by Dec 5. I received an **** tracking number **************************. It says the shipping partner is Fast Track Express in Jamaica **. I received updates on 3 days, Nov 21, Nov 29, and Dec 8 and they all say the same thing. Departed the Shipping Partner and awaiting item by ****. I feel like they provide an update whenever I check on the item. This is a Christmas gift.

    Package still has yet to be shipped from this carrier since December 1rst of 2023. Today is December 11th. It was supposed to arrive today. This shipping carrier is a scam.

    On november 25th 2023, I placed an item from ******** I was given a tracking number and told my package was in queens. It was not. The tracking number showed zero movement until december 9th, showing it was at a place called fast track express in queens and hasnt even been shipped to **** yet. This has been 2 weeks of waiting. I WANT MY PACKAGE OR I WANT MY MONEY BACK! This is theft, plain and simple. I paid for an item, I have not recieved said item and I was given a tracking number that isnt tracking anything and doesnt belong to any shipping carrier except fast track express. I am appalled.

    I purchased a car ornament from GearCustoms.com on 11/27 and they provided me with a tracking number ************************** a week or so later. Problem is, it's been stuck in Jamaica ** under Fast Track Shipping since Dec. 6th and won't update. Tried to call the 3rd party place only to find their number disconnected. I just want my package. My best friends step daughter died and it's a memorial for her. This package means more to me than a potential refund. Please help me get my package!

    I placed on order with Men Clobber on November 21, 2023, for Christmas. However, on my PayPal account the company comes up with the name ND ************ **** The package has allegedly been sitting at a facility in Jamaica ** since November 25, 2023. And it hasn't moved since.     ORDER # ****************** Total $17.99 Ordered: November 14,2023 Made the following contacts to the seller on Nov 14, Nov 28, Dec 5, Dec 7, Dec 8 and Dec 9. This still has not left the fulfillment/delivery center and will not meet the latest delivery date of December 11th. This is a 3rd party fulfillment and delivery center. This company creates false packaging labels to **** without commitment of sending the package in a timely manner. ********************************************

    *** placed an order through **** contacted the guy I bought the item through he said he paid for shipping and it was gonna be at my door in 2 days (express shipping) 1 week later Im still waiting called your number said you were closed Im not happy and I want you guys to pay for my item and deliver it asap. I dont play these games.
