I placed an order with Outfitters Adventure on 11/24/2023 and received a confirmation email with delivery date of 12/12/2023 to 12/18/2023. I received a second email on 11/29/2023 with a **** tracking number; the label for the tracking number was created by Fast Track Express on 11/29/2023 according to ****. **** posted notices about waiting on package from shipper until 12/13/2023. I tried to reach out to Fast Track via their website but the tracking feature is disabled and calling the phone number gets an automated voice asking for an extension or 0 for the operator or hold on the line. Holding on the line or dialing 0 transfers you to an extension were the automated numbers hangs up.Customer Answer

Just like everyone else on here, I ordered an item back on 12/1 from right here in the **. I have the same complaint as everyone else: it was shipped by the seller and ended ** at this place in ********, with **** waiting to receive it. Its been sitting there a week. And is as consumers have a good idea of shipping times within the US. Something is going on here. I need my shipment by New Years.Initial Complaint

I placed an order at sharkblanket.us on December 2nd. It was billed on my credit card as Sharkblanket ****** GB for $39.99 and and additional $1.20 ********************* Fee.The Order # S2711823B was given to **** was unable to use this number on their website to track the order. I emailed them on 12/15 and they responded on 12/17 with a link to track the order. The tracking number is shown as ************** with Fast Track Express *** and the final delivery via **** with tracking number ***************************I have reached out to the seller again with no response. My package has been at Fast Track since 12/3 and has not moved. I ordered it weeks ago and still no resolution. I called the phone number listed for the business which says it is out of service.Customer Answer

I ordered an item in late November from a seller that had to ship through this company to get to ***** The label was created on the 28th of November and arrived in their hands on November 30th. Since that time it has departed their facility multiple times without ever getting to ***** I am convinced the package is lost at this point and would like declared lost so the original seller can either refund me or ship out a replacement with less issues. The tracking number of the in question item is **************************. I have tried contacting Fast Track myself about the package but the only number I see on their website told me it was out of service.Customer Answer

I purchased an item from website and I can see the shipping label was created on November 26th. And its been with fast track express *** s***e then. They just keep rescanning the package couple of days in Jamaica ** so it looks like its been in transit. Same exact messages in different dates. I ordered these items on 12/06/2023; since then I keep getting shipping statuses below with no movement just "arriving" and "departing", several times over the course of the last 1 1/2 weeks with SHIPPING PARTNER: FAST TRACK EXPRESS. I am just trying to figure out why this keeps just arriving and departing? Why has **** not got my package for delivery? Fat track has been shuffling a package of mine for 2 weeks. It arrives on 1 day and leaves 2 days later only to arrive again after 2 more days. Then the cycle repeats itself over and over again. This company has no business calling itself a shipping company and operate in America.Customer Answer
