    I made a purchase from AliExpress on November 29th 2023, the estimated delivery date said December 12th-17th. The shipping label was created on December 5th and the package was picked up and arrived at this companys facility on December 6th. Since that date the tracking info shows that my package had departed and arrived from the same facility multiple times. The telephone number is out of service so I cant even contact anyone. I was going to go and see if I can pick up my package from the facility myself but its 2 hours away and Im afraid if I go out there that either the business is not at the address made available online or they wont even be able to find my package. I truly think this is a scam and **** and any other companys should drop their partnership with this company. I contacted the seller for a refund but they just say the package is in transit even though I show them its not. Its not moving anywhere just at that same facility that no one can contact. This company is a fraud. All the complaints for this company says the same thing and theres hundreds of complaints. Its sad to do this to people but especially during the holidays.

    shipping label was created on 12-04-2023 in ******* ** by the seller and arrived at Fast Track Express *** on 12-22-2023. Everyday there are updates stating **** awaiting item with no progess by shipping partner. Today the message is the same "**** awaiting Item" with absolutely no progress for 8 days and I believe this is a scam. I would like to know if the package was lost/damaged so I can request refund. The original shipper just keeps telling me to wait and wont refund my money unless ******* says item is lost. Both companies seem disreputable

    I placed an order November 26, 2023 everything seem to be going fine until I noticed that my package keeps getting scanned for the same location. Meaning it arrive at shipping partner. Then it departed shipping partner is awaiting ***** then its back to arriving at shipping parter again. This has gone on for 26 days!!!! I keep calling cant reach a live representative. I need help.

    I bought an item from Walmart.com. Not knowing it was a third party seller from ***** JoyBuy. I ordered this item Nov 28th. Upon checking the **** tracking # and getting text updates it keeps stating (daily) left 3rd party shipper Fast Track Shipping. **** awaiting item. I checked the reviews and this company seems to be a scam. I also tried calling and the number is disconnected.

    Order was placed on Nov 30 and payment was paid with American Express Card. My order has not been delivered as of today!!! Order number ******** My order has been held at Jamaica ******** since Dec 2. I was given Tracking number**************************. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter

    I ordered a jersey from shop-detroitlions.com on Dec. 5, 2023. The item arrived at ******, ** on Dec 7th. Since then it has been logged in every couple days still in ****** saying that **** is awaiting the item. It's been 15 days of just sitting there.     I have not received my package and I have not received a reply from anyone on where my packages I paid $44 for this item it is for a Christmas present. I continue to check the tracking and everyday it keeps saying it's shipping from Jamaica ******** I am not far from that location but yet I still have not received my package I ordered on December 7th I have not received a reply from the company at all!

    I ordered a package more than a month ago. It was shipped to FAST TRACK in ** on 12/2 and has been stuck there since then. It has been checked in and out of this location several times, but the package has not moved at all. It has been in at this location for over 20 days. I can not get any update from anyone. The company says it has been shipped, and I can not reach Fast Track. The phone number listed is not in service. This seems to be a scam! A scam that has ruined Christmas presents for my children.

    I placed an order with ******** Boutique on 11/25/23 for a ************** Youth ********************* jersey. Paid $74.98 shipping included. I received an email on 11/29/23 item was shipped. The tracking update shows its in Jamaica,** since awaiting ***** Shipping partner is Fast Track *********** Today is 12/20/23. Where is my package

    The seller, who I also believe is scamming me, used this as their shipping company. It makes it appear as thought the item has shipped but the items never move.
