Purchased December 9th, 2023. It's not really the price I paid. It's just that if thousands of people, if not more, just write off $15 dollars from an unreliable shipping company, just don't seem fair. As you can see from the file I uploaded, my package has arrived and then departed the Jamaica NY facility only to return back to the same place several times now and has not made it any further. I tried to contact them by phone, and the phone number was invalid, and I was hung up on. I'd be okay waiting if it was getting closer, but it's stuck in a loop. I live 6 hours away per ****** Maps. I purchased a backpack on Amazon on Nov. 26th. The package was given to the shipping partner Fast Track Express *** on the 13th. The package has been in Jamaica, ** since the 13th. The package has departed the facility in ******* 5 times and arrived at the same facility 3 times. The package was supposed to get to me sometime between December 7th to the 20th. This has become very frustrating. I just want to know when I will be getting my package. Amazon said I should be getting it by today, the 27th. But it is still in *******.Customer Answer

This company has three packages of mine that I have ordered and theyve had them since November 2023. There is shipping company. I puchased this item through Amazon with their 3rd party selling service. The purchase was made on December 8th, 2023. This seller generates a shipping label with tracking right away. There has been no "package movement" since the 9th of December 2023. The "wait" for the item would seem to ***inside with more than a months time which tends to forefit potential legal action in most cases. I purchased two sweatshirts from Chrisraw Store on 11/29/23. The shiopping label was created on December 1, 2023 at 5:45 aam. The next notation in the shipping history is that the packaged arrived at the shipping partner facility on December 9, 2023. On December 10, 2023 the record shows the package departed shipping partner facility. The same notation appears on December 11, 2023. Then on December 15, 2023 the history shows that the package arrived at the shipping partner facility. Like it was lost in some kind of loop. Then on December 18, 2023 the record indicates that the package departed the shipping partner facility and that **** was awaiting the item. I have been in contact with ******** Store customer service three times. Each time they have encouraged me to be patient. My patience is gone. The items are Christmas gifts that won't be here in time. And no one can tell me where the package is or when it's going to arrive. Very unhappy customer. Not with Chrisraw Store, but with Fast Track Express **** And given the number of similar complaints posted here, I'm surprised anyone uses Fast Track Express. At this time, I have not been contacted by Fast Track Express & Cargo Services Inc. regarding complaint ID ********. I just received the package. Too late for Christmas. Took seven (7) weeks for them to simply deliver my package to the post office. The vendor packaged and gave the clothing items to Fast Track Express on December 3. We were told it could take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Nothing until the second week of January. Not happy. I would caution anyone who may be considering using Fast Track Express to find another option. Especially if your package is needed by a certain date.

My daughter ordered an item to be sent to my house from renewproaz. The item was sent to Fast Track express in Jamaica **. It has not left that facility for over 3 weeks.
