    On Nov 24, 2023, I placed an on Nov order with ***** Shoes for a Christmas gift for my son. A **** tracking label was created and on November 28th, it was reported to have been picked up by the shipping partner, Fast Track Express (in Jamaica, **). On 11/29, it arrived at the shipping partner facility and subsequently departed that facility.12/09, it was reported to have arrived back at the same facility, and departed on 12/11.Arrived again 12/15, departed 12/18.Arrived 12/24, departed 12/27.I would like my package. Now. Furthemore, shipping costs should be refunded.

    I made a purchase on Nov 21, 2023 and have been tracking my purchase for delivery. I'd hoped to receive the items by Christmas and it is now Dec 29, 2023. The tracking information says almost every day that it departed the shipping partner facility and then a day or two later arrived at the same shipping partner facility and **** is awaiting the item. This has been occurring since November.     Purchased an item, order number ****, on 12/6/23 from ************************** - order was sent to Fast Track Express for delivery, item has never left the facility. I just receive updates that the package has departed for ***** this has been going on for weeks.

    Made a purchase on November 23rd, hoping for arrival by December 25th, as website where item was purchased said it would ship in 3-5 business days and arrive **** days after that. We had seen no progress in shipping, so we reached out to seller on 12/16. We received a reply stating that "due to Christmas issues, there was a delay I'm delivery." It was promised to be delivered by December 21 and a tracking number was provided. We began to track this package and it appears that it has been in Jamaica ** since arriving from *****. The tracking progress says it has been scanned and noted as "arrived" and "departed" to the same facility at least 3 times while **** is awaiting the package in order to be able to deliver it. We have reached out to seller 3 times and they have assured us it is an issue with the shipper and given us multiple expected delivery dates that have come and gone. The seller has implored us to continue to wait, but it has become tougher to wait, as multiple expected delivery dates have come and gone. We are willing to wait a little longer if we know the item will come soon, but if this is an endless cycle of arriving and departing in Jamaica **, we would like to just get our money back or have our credit card refunded due to not receiving promised goods.

    My package is being held by Fast Track Express since December 15th in Jamaica Queens, **. I need an explanation as to why I havent received the package to my home. Is Fast Track Express a fraud?

    Ordered from Happy-**** on November 21,2023. Received email from them on November 22 stating it was shipped. I had no idea was coming from *****. It has been sitting in Jamaica, ** since December 8th. I have written the company numerous times with no result. They just tell me to be patient. Tgey did offer $3.95 shipping refund but I never got it

    I purchased an order from a dice seller in mid November and it has been in transit for 37 days now. It's been arriving to shipping partner facility (Fast Track) and departing shipping partner facility for 37 days now. It says **** is awaiting item but i has not been sent to them yet. You can see this here: (**************************). I'd just like my package already its been so long.

    I ordered an item from The Sway Brush on 12/2/23. A tracking number was made 12/3/23 via **** **************************. Since then it has updated saying DEPART SHIP PTNR SITE **** AWAITS ITEM at *****************. There have been 19 updates saying this. I have emailed The Sway Brush more than once to their email that is listed on their webpage (they state they respond within 24 hours) and I haven't heard anything back. I am really worried I was scammed and lost out on $40.00.
