I ordered 3 items for my grandson for Christmas on Nov 23, 2023 and have not received them. I ordered from Kiddie Corner out of ***** and they claim it was delivered. Their shipping info is different from Fast Track Express. Fast Track Express shows the package is stuck in Jamaica **, but Kiddie-Corner shows it was in **********. This is a complaint against both companies. The fast track express has a **** number of **************************, but Kiddie-Corner has an SDH express number. On Dec 23rd I ordered an item from stealth hoops in the amount of ***** and after a week it was finally marked as shipped from fast track express and since then it's been alternating from arrived and departed from the same facility in Jamaica ** multiple times with zero update or movement outside of their own facility. I ordered a package from ***** in October 2023 and received updates that it was sent to Fast Track Express for delivery to the local ***** It is now January 7, ****, and the package still has not been forwarded to ***** The telephone numbers listed are disconnected. I placed an order for two pairs of shoes totaling $47.99 on 12/29/23 on 12/31/23 I received a text notice from **** that my package has departed the warehouse facility but they're still awaiting the package. The package has not moved **** is still awaiting the package in Jamaica, ********. I have not received an update, this is terrible. I made a purchase on Dec 13, 2023 for a sweatshirt/hoodie. The order number is ***********. I paid an extra $45.99 for express shipping for a total charge of $119.98. Ordered 2 pair of shoes from DHGate. Arrived at Fast Track Express *** on 11/23/23. Package has arrived and departed from same Jamaica ** facility multiple times. Tracking says it is awaiting ***** I can not get anyone to call me or talk to me about my package. Tracking number ************************** . I am moving in 2 wks and am worried the package will not arrive before then and be lost/stolen at my old address. Package is valued at $98.22 Package has had plenty time to arrive in *********. I placed an order with *************** on November 30, 2023. I received notification that a **** label had been created on December 1st. Starting on on December 2nd when it says it was picked up by Fast Track Express, **** it has been in a constant loop of arrived and departed to their shipping facility in Jamaica, ** and that **** was awaiting the package. I have reached out to *************** by phone, which doesn't work-not a valid number and by email. The last communication I received from them was on December 27th, saying that they were investigating the issue and would get back to me in ***** hours. It's been days. I made this purchase as a Birthday present for my boyfriend, whose birthday is tomorrow, January 2nd. Never did I believe that it would take over a month to get here. I ordered shirts from **************** and apparently they were shipped via Fast Track Express. The tracking hasn't been updated in a few days and it just says it will be updated when it reaches ***** Upon looking into the t-shirt company further, it seems most of the complaints are from people who's orders are being "shipped" via Fast Track Express, and I fear I've been a victim of the same scam. Either **************** scammed me or Fast Track Express stole my items or both. Maybe neither of them exist. Will be filing complaints for both and trying to get my money back.Customer Answer

It arrived to the ** on 12/6/2023 and has been stuck with Fast Track Express, *** (according to ****** It has been in the US in Fast Track's possession since 12/8/2023 and has not been handed over to the ***** I want my package released and delivered.
