    I ordered from a different company, shipping was apparently through this other company. The product was supposed to be shipped out, 10 days after ordered. According to tracking information, it has been sitting at the facility, waiting for shipping label. For almost 3 weeks!!! No one will answer calls, or emails When you call, it says number is out of service.

    I am filing complaint that Fast Track Express is not doing actual deliveries only taking in packages, sit on them and not delivering them to the customers within the specified required time! I purchased items from Vendor overseas 2/1/2023 who used Fast Track Express & Cargo Services Inc. as shipping courier of the items. I received confirmation package shipped from vendor with tracking and package went to Fast Track for delivery to ***** **** showed Fast Track has not delivered the package to them and only sitting on the package, tracking shows no movement. I reached out to Fast Track @ph# **************/**************, sent email to **************************************** but no responses. When call ph# says transfer to extension, puts you on hold, then says number not in service...which is ridiculous!! I reached out to Vendor and they have confirmed package was shipped and with the courier. See below - Proof package only sitting with Fast Track Express and only dates changed, but no movement or shipment of package to **** for delivery or expected date: Tracking Number:************************** Latest Update 2/13/2023 @ 1:05am Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 10:48 am on February 13, 2023 in ************************************.     On January 22nd I placed an order with fashionzaz.com. My payment was taken, however, I never received anything. The tracking number shows a label was created on Jan 27th but there hasn't been any movement at all. I reached out to the merchant directly via email. It took them a full week to reply. They stated they are looking into it and will get back to me in 1-2 days. Meanwhile, I received an alert stating the a **** label was created and they are awaiting the package to be received from Fast Track Express. I believe both of these companies are working together in this scam. I still have not received any updates or my merchandise. I would like the items I paid for or a full refund.

It is now January 28th and the **** website still says the same thing. Why would it take 10 days to reach the ************ I need this package before leaving town on Thursday, 2/2.     Ordered 12/16/22 from ****** . The item shipped from ***** and cleared customs in a timely fashion. A shipping label was created on 1/11 arrived at shipping partner (Fast Track Express) on 1/16 departed from shipping partner facility on 1/21 and fell off the face of the earth. Fast Track Express cannot be reached by phone or email. My tracking # is **************************. Please Help.

    Ordered Bombas socks from clothesvipmail.com and they sent to this shipping company 1/12. It has been sitting in their facility since 1/16. Have a **** tracking number of **************************, but **** still awaiting item. They are unreliable. Company agreed to refund me but wants it back if I ever get the socks.

    My packages have been in one place for more than a week. I could probably drive their in 4 hours and back. But my packages have been in ******** for over a week.

    I ordered a rug from Amazon on January 9, 2023. Checking the status of the package showed that it was sent to Fast Track in Jamaica, ** on January 16 via the **** tracking number provided. Nothing comes up after that. Amazon just repeats the tracking status but in calling **** today, I was told they never received the package! 2 phone numbers on this company's website say that the number called is not ln service (seriously?) What kind of company is this and what are they doing with the package (if it's indeed there)?

    Ordered a jersey for my son for Christmas/Birthday. It has been sitting at Fast Track for a long time without being delivered to **** for delivery. Can not get anyone to tell me what the hold up is.
