Ordered a pair of shoes from Mostelo (bad thinking). They use this company for shipping. I placed and order with Contrastiy on 1/9/23. Spent about $100. Everything seemed to be moving right along until it landed in ************ with Fast Track Express *** with NO updates/movement. Not sure if the companies are affiliated in some way. They must have some type of working relationship. But I am afraid at this point, I have been scammed seeing so many other cases reported. I ordered this in November 2022. It has been less than 1 hour from my home since 12/6/22 and I have not gotten it. Original purchase is from ****** *** and their response is wait and they have refuse to refund me. I have yet to receive the ordered items and today is 2/19/2023.Customer Answer

Wow I really wish Id seen all the terrible reviews before ordering from the website ************************* that sends your package to FAST TRACK EXPRESS, *** this is why I hate ordering offline you cant give businesses a chance because you scam everybody for no reason instead of studying the Physics of business to get rich and have excellent 5 star reviews. You people are jerks because Ive paid for 1-3 days *** I ordered in January its mid February now but its coming through ***** I just want a simple refund to be happy for my $100+ instead The tracking section of their website is blank, and their number will answer, play waiting music, then tell you the number is no longer in service and hangs up. I have been waiting on my package since the 10th of February and i noticed that every 3 days it gives me an update staying that its on its way to **** but it has never made it there still which isnt making any sense. I would like a real update on my package.
