I ordered 5 pairs of prescription glasses from Lensmart on 01/05/23 - Fast Track Express Shipping received my package on 01/13/23 and on 01/17/23 it says that my package departed their ** facility and is on its way to ***** - I live in **** (ONE state away from **) Ive called ***** and they said they cant help until the package is in their possession. I try to call Fast Track Express Shipping and their phone number is out of service. Is this even a real business? Have I been scammed? WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?!?Initial Complaint

I ordered my item on the 8th and they been having it s***e the 16th and the parcel been moving for God knows how long and it hasn't reached no facility or anything. I ordered two purses from a company based out of *************** on 1/09/2023. The shipping said the "label was created on 1/09/2023 in ************************************." On 1/12/2023 it says the item has been received by the shipping partner "Fast Track ********* **** awaiting item. On 1/16/2023 it "Departed the facility in **********************************, **** awaiting the item" by Fast Track Shipping. On 1/18/2023 it arrived again in ************************************ by Fast Track Shipping. **** still hasn't received the item and it has remained in the same city and same zip code this entire time. I believe Fast Track Shipping is a false company and/or has stolen my package.Initial Complaint

I have a package shipping to me that I had pre-ordered in late September 2022. On January 13th, 2023 I was very excited to learn that my package was on its way. however, there has been no update in the last 6 days, and another package from this courier constantly shifted between the same two locations multiple times for 20 days before finally arriving. My step mother has also had the same issue with this company, having multiple packages stuck in *********, ** for months with no updates, and some have not even arrived as of writing.The biggest problem is no way of contacting this business. The tracking section of their website is blank, and their number will answer, play waiting music, then tell you the number is no longer in service and hangs up.Customer Answer

My shipment was purchased on 12/21/22. However, it has had the same status since 12/26/22: Departed Shipping Partner ********* **** Awaiting item **********, ** The date changes every 2-3 days but shipping status stays the same. On Dec 1, 2022, I ordered earrings on Amazon through the seller Kuanglang. As of Jan 13, 2023, I have not and dont expect to receive them. They provided a **** tracking number ************************** which shows the item still with the Shipping Partner: FAST TRACK EXPRESS *** as of Dec 30 and not yet handed over to ****. On December 11th I purchased an item from mr **************** when I got an email several days later wit a tracking number, I waited and waited I checked again and it said it was at the ******* **** location and that it departed on December 30 th. I ordered from a merchant on Amazon on December 11 and paid for expedited shipping. The package has arrived and left the same facility ever since. Amazon says the package was lost but I just recieved another update of shipping with the same package arrived and package left location.Customer Answer
