I ordered a wedding dress through Amazon on July 16, 2023. It has been sitting in Jamaica -** since July 18. The tracking keeps saying arrived at facility in Jamaica -** over and over. I spoke with Amazon customer service and they said they reached out to Fast Track Express (doubtful) and they would up date the tracking for me. They did however its still in Jamaica -**! There is no way to get a hold of any one at Fast Track Express. Shame on them and shame on Amazon for allowing business like this to be able to sell on their website.Initial Complaint

I ordered something off **** on July 13th and it has been sitting at Fast Track Express *** since 7/24 with no movement. It was supposed to be delivered to my home by tomorrow 8/2. I have tried to call the company not in service .Customer Answer

I ordered an item online and of course I have not received it. I placed the order on July 15, 2023 and have been in contact with the company via email daily. The company assures me that it is being shipped and has provided me a tracking number. I have checked the tracking number daily only to see the shipment scanned at a facility in Jamaica ** over and over. Through my daily emails I have expressed my concerns only to be told that I need to be patient. I believe that I will never see this shipment after seeing these other complaints. I want My Package From Fast Track Express and here is the tracking number I have received and they don't have a tracking update search bar on their site here is the tracking #************************** have seen any movement in about a week ordered on the 8th Of July this Month and it seems like once someone has You contact the Business then the package starts moving and gets delivered once You Guys take Action Idk what kind of ******************************** this is But Please Help Me in this Matter I would Really Appreciate it Thank You Kindly Please let Me Know if I can provide anyother Information that will Help in this Matter!! Hello there. I had originally placed my order through a website called Western Feelings. It is a western boutique, of which I ordered a pair of Jeans through. After a month and a half of waiting after paying expedited shipping, I emailed a complaint to their customer service, where I was then informed that the product I had purchased was actually out of stock. I then changed the items and was told that the item was shipped and would be on it's way. This was on May 31st. another 13 days later and I am yet to receive any new shipping notifications from Fast Track. **** has updated the label and transferred the shipping information, however, the product has still not been received by ****. While it has not been that long, I had paid more for faster shipping originally. I also don't want to wait as long as some of these other complaints. My original order was placed in February, I sent my first complaint March 4th, and here I am June 13th, no package or shipping updates. I don't know if I want a refund or my items at this point. I would really prefer the items, and for Fast Track to actually ship them rather than waiting 3 more months. If not I will be going to the website where I purchased said items and requesting a refund.Initial Complaint

I have several orders that were shipped with this company around April 11th. I have a tracking number and the packages were just shipping in circles. Packages shipped to my state, then shipped back to the original state and tracking activity stopped. I had ordered some clothing off of DH Gate and it arrived at the Fast Track shipping facility on 3/27/23 and then departed there on 3/30/23 and then back to the same facility on 4/2/23 and then no movement in over a week, I try to call them and get no answer.I just want my goods delivered to the **** for delivery,Its been sitting there for over a week! Help.
