I placed an order with ************** on 10/27/23 for my best friend's 50th birthday. On 10/31 a tracking number was created. That tracking number is **************************. ************** sent me an email saying that my order was shipped on 11/5. Per **** it arrived at a **************** shipping partner facility (FAST TRACK EXPRESS **** on 11/9 at 12:55PM with **** Awaiting item. Further updates are as follows: Departed a **************** shipping partner facility (FAST TRACK EXPRESS **** on 11/10 at 2:18PM with **** Awaiting item. Arrived at a a **************** shipping partner facility (FAST TRACK EXPRESS **** on 11/13 at 9:33AM with **** Awaiting item. Arrived at a a **************** shipping partner facility (FAST TRACK EXPRESS **** on 11/15 at 7:41AM with **** Awaiting item. Please help me to get this package out to me asap as I need this package by Saturday for my best friend's 50th birthday. I cannot understand why this package has been in Jamaica ** for so long and has been "in transit" since 11/5. I really need your help please.Customer Answer

My Jersey shipment from Cornershirts.com was shipped through Fast Track Express **** on 10/19/2023. I have been in contract with the company I ordered i through daily for almost a month now as the tracking number just keeps updating that it is awaiting in Jamaica, ** location over and over again and has not moved at all. They keep telling me to patient but that is a lie cause it does not take this long to ship something from **. This item is clearly lost and both Fast Track Express *** and Cornershirts refuse to provide any reason why this package is not moving or refund for my item. They are both committing illegal business practices and scamming innocent people and should be punished as such. Give me my package or my money back you frauds! I ordered a package from DHgate on October29th. I received a tracking update on October 30th stating a tracking label was created Tracking label ************************** .Then it stated parcel has arrived a shipping facility later that day. Then it stated that my parcel was shipped back to facility. Its been going in circles for 4 days now. It is now November 3 and I called **** and they stated that Fast Track Express has the package and they cannot not do anything about it until they release the package to them I have called the the number they have their website but it states they are closed. This package was for a gift and I paid for express delivery which would put my package here by November 4th. There is no reason why Fast Track keeps sending my package in circles.Initial Complaint

I ordered a package on September 19 international from ***** and it arrived at fast track express since October 2! Its just been sitting at their facility with bogus updates for OVER A MONTH!! the seller cant really do anything about it or ****** as they are waiting for the package to get to them. I am sooo upset and cannot contact anyone from their company!! This should not be allowed inconvenience customers this company needs to be shut down!! I orderd items from a international shipping company hagobuy.com I paid for shipping 33 US dollars on July 11 2023 it is now aug 10 2023 it has been 1 month with 0 updates since July 19 this is very unacceptable I just want my parcel as the items I orderd are sold out so with a refund I wont be able to buy the same items again.
