    Ordered an item from Lucyys.com on 3/21. Im still awaiting the item. I was provided with a **** Tracking # ************************** but theres been no movement. The item appears to be stalled at Fasttrack in Jamaica, Queens. The item should have been delivered to *************************** in ********, *********.

    I made a purchase from online merchant in *****, according to the merchant the items were shipped to fast track express *** ***** 28th of march 2023 Ive tracking the package online and up until todays date 04/11/23 it has not left their shipping facility. I want to know whats going on with my shipment is it a scam, if I cant get my package I would like a refund for my order. This company needs to stop scamming people especially our veterans like my self who fought for your ************ it, please send me my package it is for my birthday

    My family shipped hand made clothes and shoes from other country to **, was not expecting them to ship it with a company that I never heard of. After doing researches online I found out that this company is not quite reliable, and I have experienced the same thing with the shipping. The label was created March 22, and it arrived at Fast Track Express at March 24, then it was departed and on its way to **** on March 27. Then it was departed again! on April 4. I tried to call and figure it out what is going on but they were never in service. Not looking for a refund I just want my package to be delivered.

    I have ordered shoes from DHgate and its been sitting at ******* for the 2 weeks.I dont understand why it was not sent to **** yet

    I placed in order on 12/24/22 and as of 3/30/2023 I have not received my package. Fast Track is listed as having my package in their facility for months. They have no working ways to contact them which is unacceptable. I want my package.

    I purchased shoes from an online retailer called Best Shoes in February. The package, according to the tracking number, wasnt received by the partner facility called Fast Track Express *** in Jamaica, ** until March 19, 2023. It left the facility on March 23rd, then for an unknown reason arrived back at that facility on March 26th. I have been in communication with the Best Shoes customer service multiple times trying to get my package delivered but they have given me one excuse after another. My credit card has already been charged. I think the two companies are partners in a scam. Id like to get the shoes I ordered or a refund for the purchase. Thanks.

    As soon as the business was notified of this complaint, the package was delivered to the **** and I started receiving notification of the package moving through their system. It was delivered to me today.  So after waiting more than a month to get this package, I finally got it 48 hours after filing this complaint. Thank you for getting this resolved for me so quickly!

    For weeks, my package has not been delivered to **** and continues to arrive and depart Jamaica, **. Contact phone number does not work. No email. Company is fraudulent and makes sure to not be contactable

    I have been waiting for **** to receive my package from Fast Track since March 14, 2023 (tracking number **************************). It was received by Fast Track in Jamaica, ** on the 14th, and didn't leave their facility facility until the 18th. My package was then re-received by Fast Track again on the 23rd (today). I tried calling Fast Track directly and the automated system just says there closed and then goes to a message that says that the phone number I called is out of service *************). The shipping information I received for my package gave a date of today (March 23, 2023) for me to receive it. Reading the other complaints and reviews on Fast Track Express, its looking more and more like I'm being scammed out of the items I paid for. If I don't receive my package by Monday, 3-27-23, I will consider it lost. I am requesting that Fast Track reimburse me for the full cost since the company I ordered from did in fact ship the items.
