    The business contacted me on linked in to set up phone mtg on July 18. They told me I was selected for an award and they would send me a commemorating plaque and publish info on my achievement. They asked me to pay a one time fee for the plaque and publication and I agreed. August 10th they contacted me to tell me they were sending me a sample of the printout. They then charged me $1600 with no approval to charge my card again. I called to ask about the charge on Aug 14 and on August 15, I saw another charge for $1600. They only got permission once to use my card but are continuing to charge me .

    The website Findatopdoc has listed my personal address and phone number on their website. I filed a complaint about a month ago originally and it was taken down, however my information is back online. Please have the website permanently remove my information as I did not authorize them to use this.

    No sooner had I given my credit card info than they charged ******* USD on 7/19/2024 for a commemorative plaque and a membership in a magazine that has no good affiliation. I would not like to be charged this amount again per month.

    Ive been trying to get my personal information removed from this site and it hasnt been removed. I would like all my information and any affiliates removed permanently. I did not request to have my name and full address posted on their site.

    I want to cancel this subscription and have tried several times but they intentionally prevent the subscriber from cancelling. All the email addresses provided do not work and an email is sent back stating "address cannot be found, or is unable to receive mail. This service is terrible, poor quality, and continues to charge large fees but does not let you cancel the subscription. A complete waste of money. I have emailed and searched for ways to cancel and have been unsuccessful.

    Hello, I recently filed a complaint with this company for posting information about me on their website without my consent and with completely incorrect information about me. It stated I worked at a location that I no longer work. Additionally, it had a completely false profile about me that is completely incorrect about my credentials and scope of practice. After my first complaint the company did remove my information. I did verify that they did so. However, I recently discovered the previously deleted profile has been put back up. It is still published without my consent and still contains incorrect information. I do not want this profile on your website. It is factually incorrect and something I did not consent to have published. I have attached a recent screenshot to prove the profile is still currently up on your website, restored after being previously deleted. Delete this profile from your website once more. Delete the profile and information permanently and do not publish another profile for me again.

    I cannot get in touch with anyone from this website. They purposefully do not allow you to cancel subscription on the website and have no working emails to contact them. They do not provide the service they advertise and continue to collect monthly.
