    I am a clinical psychologist. A fake profile has been listed under my name and likeness on *************** *nd along with that profile lists my home address instead of my business which is both false information and also dangerous to myself. I would like this fake profile removed ASAP. A screenshot of this fake profile is attached.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    when I search for my name on ******* a profile still comes up in my name on the Find a Top Doc website which displays personal information that I do not wish to have public. The resolution stated that the website had removed that page, which does not appear to be true. That is also inaccurate information depicting my business address. I would like to ask this website to please stop publishing my name and business information without my consent. A screenshot of this as of today, 2/23/2023 is included below. I appreciate your help in resolving this.

    I again searched for myself in ****** and the 3rd result is a listing on Find a Top Doc (see attached screenshot). If I click the link, I see that there is no page listed for me, yet this search result still comes up. Please take any and all action to remove my information from your platform, that I have not consented for your posting. Thank you.

    I did authorize a one time charge by this company in Dec 2021 - when I was contacted again to set up press release or something I told them that I wanted no further interactions or charges and was assured that everything was cancelled. then with no notification I was billed $218.95 on 1/4/23 for some renewal. I called 1/20/23 to dispute this and have the charge canceled/refunded. On that call I was given confirmation #*****. No credit received. Left a voicemail message ~2/1 and never received a call back. Called again just now and recording hung up with no way to leave a message. A quick scan of BBB reveals I am not alone in having trouble. Would like unauthorized charges refunded and assurance that no further contact/renewals will be made. thank you.

    This company has listed personal and incorrect information about me. They have me listed as a physician which I am not, and have listed my personal information and directions to my private residence. I do not work in the field listed/have a private practice, I am not a doctor, and I have never created a profile or been affiliated with this company. I have never provided any information to this company before. I've sent a request through the company's website, but I am also following up here as this needs to be resolved as soon as possible since it is providing incorrect and misleading claims.

    To************ is using my information and impersonating me wit bought my permission. I have already called to take it down and they are a complete scam!! They have a recording of a fake agent that sounds like they are talking to you then you get transferred to someone random who doesnt even know about the website! I dont know how they got my information or who they they even are but I WILL be pursing legal action. This is ridiculous. My business is at risk because of some scammers looking to take advantage of people who are in need of care. To************ you will be sued.

    My personal information is posted on their website. They've listed my home address as my place of business and have also listed my office hours as being from 9:00-5:00. I've never been in contact with this company before and have never authorized them to use my information in any way. I would like my data and my information removed from their servers, however their is no way to contact them. I've tried to claim my profile so I can manually delete it but I never received the *** verification code. All I would like is for my information to be removed from their website.

    I am unable to contact the company to inform them that they have incorrect information about my location, phone number, and mailing address. I work in a hospital, and the hospital's information is to be listed instead. I claimed the business and attempted to make a profile to make changes myself. I provided the necessary information to create the profile and requested an SMS code twice, which never arrived to my phone. I want to contact the company and 1) ask them to correct their mistakes, or 2) have them remove my profile completely. I recommend the company add a "contact us" for others to reach them so this does not happen again. Thank you so much for your time.

    The company has a ********** of me with all of my personal information and is fraudulently using my info and stating that I am an addiction physician even though I am not. I filed a complaint before, and they said they had removed the profile, but it is still up. I have attached what the profile looks like to this complaint. I want my information taken off of their website. If it is not permanently taken down, I will pursue legal action as they are using my identity and information without my permission and possibly hurting my reputation as a clinician if potential clients or employers were to see this fraudulent page and think that I authorized it.

    I asked to have a business remove me COMPLETELY remove my name, address, phone number from their business and internet search. It is still showing. This is fraud. I do NOT work for this business, I do NOT have a private practice and they are listing my personal home address and phone number. This is really scary.     The company, Find A Top Doc, charged $719.33 to a company credit card without authorization. They received the credit card information previously by impersonating a legitimate business that my hospital patronizes. They did this same scam a few years ago by impersonating the legitimate business, and I told them to never charge my card again, and never to speak with anyone in my organization. They did it anyway and are trying to steal our money again.

In their response, they seem in insinuate that there was a discussion. There was not. The representative on the phone was absolutely stonewalling. The company only resolved the issue because it was escalated to the BBB.
