    I reported that their site is blocking the cashback from my cashback service. A ticket was created and promised to be answered. No answer. I'm not going to place the order until the cashback works again. This is my first and so far only experience with this site and surprisingly they are in no hurry to help me to place the order. Should I take this as a warning against doing business with them?

    Dont Waste Your Money! The reason the perfumes are so cheap is b/c they are expired or not real to begin with! Nothing but a huge SCAM!!!

    Been waiting a week and it hasnt even shipped, after I paid for priority shipping.. Talked to **************** was a joke, she repeated the same thing, its being processed plz allow 1-5 more business days to ship..

    ZERO STARS!! Saw a cashback offer for Fragrancenet.com through ********** and assumed it was a legitimate business. I ordered a large bottle of Versace Bright Crystal, one that I bought at Ulta a couple years ago but had used it all. What I got from Fragrancenet looked like the same packaging, bottle and color, but it stunk like rubbing alcohol and various cheap perfume chemicals that smelled horrible! It took two showers to get the stink off!! I called to request a refund and was told to return it, at my expense. They did not provide a label, only an email with the return address. Thank goodness I opted for tracking or I would not be able to get my money back. When I called a week after the return tracking showed delivered, Fragrancenet claimed they didn't receive it. When I gave them the tracking number, they looked it up on *** site, saw it was delivered and then marked it as delivered in their system. Make sure you get a tracking number and keep your receipts!!

I placed an order for over $1000 worth of items order no.# .3 31 481 255, and after processing my payment, they canceled the order. I wasted nearly a week choosing products, and they have been completely unresponsive and havent even bothered to call me back. As someone whose reviews matters in social media, I know how important honest feedback is. Dont waste your time here.

    Transparency is very important. Having someone pay for an upgrade to get faster shipping and then to be told that standard shipping and the upgrade both still can take up to 7 days to deliver is terrible. Then in the same breathe to say we are working on trying to fix that issue is a slap in the face. I recommend that you get clear cut information before ordering from them.

    Very bad experience. It was stated that the shipment had delivered but I did not receive anything. The shipping company was contacted and they stated that they did not received the shipment by the number which l receive it. Also, it is not possible to contact the company by phone or email. I firmly believe that it is a fake company.
