    Ordered cologne December 7th. Said 2-4 day delivery. Package tracking shows never delivered to ***. Never order. Doesn't respond to email either.

    This company is just a scam. They said they shipped my product, but it was via some weird carrier called "*******" It shows that the package was "undeliverable," which is very odd because I ship and receive from here daily. Customer service is rude and a joke. Do not shop here.

    I tried to purchase a cologne on their website and as I pushed cash app option it took out my money instantly and did not complete order. I contacted the merchant and they said they cant find it and now Im out 98$! Im very upset no one can refund me because I never got my product.

    I placed an order with this company and paid for 1-2 day shipping Its been a week, and I cannot get an answer as to where my package is! *** never ordered from a company that does not have a way of communicating. I have called during business hours only for a machine to tell me to call back during business hours! After a week of calling the machine now says due to circumstances communication will be thru email! Ive emailed, and emailed with no reply! As for the scam shipping company they used ON **** Its a scam they make you wait hours to speak with someone then when its finally your turn they disconnect you and send you a generic text saying theyve started a ticket they give you the run around, waste your time, and each day the website updates my package to be delivered the following day! The updates are not correct, and I cannot get a straight answer from a shipment company about my shipment! Its ridiculous! After a week Ive just now been told if my package has not been delivered or I have not been updated within two days that I needed to refer back to seller. Seller has no way of communication, and shipping service is an absolute joke!

    noticed my ***** cologne ingredient list wasnt the same as the authentic cologne so I verified through ***** that www.FragranceNet.com is NOT an authorized dealer and that the order I received is counterfeit Scam??????????

    Honestly, I think theyre OK. Their emails are a little misleading if you do a US ground shipment, it says between 2 to 4 business days however they will email you and tell you that its between 2 to 5 business days and it can take up to 7 business days or 10, which is not disclosed on any of their webpages or Emails that are sent. I really think that its the shipping company that they use CDL that is misleading and misguiding because I just had an incident with them on an order that I placed on November 28, 2024, I received an email on November 29, 2024 and they stated that a shipping label had been created and the shipping company was *** and they never updated their information. On updates. Its really not fragrance nets fault. Its the shipping company which they should basically fire and hire somebody else or just go through ****. It stated that a shipping label was created And that was it when I contacted the shipping company and gave them the tracking information. Even the order number they told me that they did not receive the package and the package was not in their warehouse and this is something that I had to take up with the company because it was out of their control. ******* misleading everybody And that should be addressed not fragrance net and technically they did ship it but again the shipping company never updated their site to see whats going on. But they are a little rude with you when youre kind of back-and-forth with them through emails because they keep saying oh its between 2 to 5 business days which does not disclose that on your email that you received from them it says 2 to 4 business days if you use US ground shipping so anyone whos been having issues with them I think its more or less the shipping company that they use who is *** and theyre out of *********, ********

    How disappointing. I ordered 10 bottles of perfume. Ive never ordered from Fragrance Net before, so I guess I should be more disappointed in myself for trusting this company. The reviews online looked good. There is ONLY one perfume out of the 10 that actually smells like the true perfumes. I wonder how they are able to sell items under fake claims of being authentic. It really upsets me that (these days) consumers arent better (MUCH better) protected from companies that sell products under false pretenses -like this company. I can return the products. They MIGHT give me a refund it says on their site. But Id have to pay the shipping (huh??). I guess thats a red flag. They sell rotten smelling knockoffs, but YOU have to pay your return shipping?! Hmmm. Seems fair LOL! Well, Fragrance Net, you got me. Im not paying for shipping, so here I sit with the worst, cheap knockoffs of perfumes Ive EVER smelled. Im certain they bank on customers not wanting to pay shipping, and just settle. How cleverly dishonest of you, FNAnother sucker bites the dust! Well done, **. well done. ???? If youre reading these reviews, please heed my warning and advice: Youre transparently paying less for a reason. There is NOTHING authentic about their perfumes. Is it too good to be true? Yes, it is. This perfume smells very different from their originals. They also smell rotten. So they arent even usable. Should this be disclosed to the consumer? Yes, it should be. They should be required to disclose that their products arent authentic (and also rotten/expired). Im embarrassed in myself for believing their perfumes are authentic and buying so many in one order. ****** learned. Please dont make the same mistake I made. Stick to the brand, or retailers with good perfume selling reputations. You may have to pay the regular price, but at least it wont smell horrible, rotten, or fake.

    This company is a ****! Please run. DO NOT PURCHASE. I AM WARNING YOU! They sent me the wrong item in my order. I called them to let them know, They told me it will take 3-4 weeks to get the money back, and they don''t have the item that I ordered as a replacement. I asked why are you falsely advertising that you have it and then instead of telling me, you send me something else. They are the ABSOLUTE WORST. Please do not buy from here.

    I shld have read the horrible reviews before purchase. I ordered 11/1 . 3 weeks later and nothing has been delivered. following the tracking procedure, received the same email word for word, I believe there's a universal statement saying package is at warehouse but not shipped to everyone's inquiry about their order. finally **** to customer service, rude as ****, saying they reordered and gave me another tracking number to deal with. only compensation offered was not to charge shipping!! Wow for all the inconvenience, we'll see about this order
