  Ive had great experiences buying high end fragrances here. Compared side by side with bottles purchased from department stores, they all checked out perfectly. Happy to have found a trustworthy site for some excellent perfume bargains.

  Watch I bought was a fair price with quick delivery. They let you know if it is in stock so you arent waiting for it to come from Europe or Orient. You can be assured what they sell is not counterfeit but the genuine article.

  I want to share my unfortunate experience with ********, an online store that I highly recommend avoiding. My encounter with them was nothing short of disappointing, as they engaged in deceptive practices, failed to respond to my emails, and displayed a complete lack of assistance over the phone.Firstly, JOMASHOP deducted the payment from my account but failed to fulfill their end of the transaction. They provided me with a counterfeit tracking number, which was essentially a false assurance of shipment. To my dismay, the package never arrived, and my attempts to track it or get updates were in vain.Adding insult to injury, the emails to their customer support went unanswered. It's disheartening to invest your hard-earned money in a company only to be met with radio silence when you have legitimate concerns or issues to address. The lack of responsiveness exhibited by ******** is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.In my frustration, I decided to contact their customer service via phone, hoping for a resolution or at least some guidance. Unfortunately, I was met with a dismissive attitude and the outright refusal to assist me. It's deeply disconcerting when a company's representatives explicitly state that they will not help you. This level of disregard for customers is simply unacceptable.In conclusion, I strongly advise staying away from ********. Their deceptive practices, lack of communication, and unhelpful customer service make for a deeply unsatisfying shopping experience. There are numerous other reputable online retailers that prioritize customer satisfaction and offer reliable services. Spare yourself the frustration and seek out alternative options instead.Please note that this review reflects my personal experience, and others may have had different encounters with ********. However, based on my own unfortunate situation, I cannot recommend this store to anyone seeking a trustworthy and customer-oriented shopping experience.

  I have brought at lot of fragrances from Jomashop and will continue to do so. Great prices and quick deliveries. Unfortunately I haven't have chance to speak to a customer service representative because all my purchases great.

  The package was missing one of the item. I have reached out to the Jomashop and was told since I did not take a picture of the missing item and recycled the box already, they were not willing to accommodate by shipping the product. They just told me to reach out to the bank instead and the customer agent was unwilling to find a solution with the customer.

  Poor customer service. No communications, evasive, rude, go on offensive against customer with complaints. Unable to speak to higher *** in company. **************** reps are there to shield higher ranking employees from the public for obvious reasons. If Jomashop is the most reputable of the grey market watch dealers, I would hate to see what the others are like. Never again

  I purchased two bottles of my signature perfume, Atelier Clementine California from Jomashop. I usually purchase it from Sephora in store, but the fragrance is no longer sold in ******** I was sent either fake or damaged bottles. The packaging was perfect but the scent was no where close. I have a bottle I use everyday and what I received in NO WAY smells anything like the fragrance I purchased at Sephora and have used for years. It actually doesn't smell like perfume at all, just alcohol wipes. When I contacted customer service they said someone on their staff would inspect and smell the product to determine if my complaints were true and I would still be charged for return shipping and for their cost of shopping it to me which was originally free. DON'T BUY PERFUME FROM THEM. There are multiple reviews stating the same, fake or bad product and poor customer service.

  I bought a watch for my wife for her birthday. It came exactly when they said it would arrive. The watch is even nicer in real life than the photos online showed. Every part of the transaction was smooth, easy and efficient. I will definitely come back in the future.
