    Just received my new Frederique Constant mens watch. On time, as advertised, great discount and hassle free check out. What an exceptionally nice Christmas gift for myself. Two thumbs up ??

    Upon ordering/paying for this fragrance, it reflected item was in stock. Now three days later, as I am checking the status of delivery, customer service is now stating the item is out of stock and have no idea when the item will be shipped. I wish this was communicated prior to them charging my card because I would have gone in a different direction, as it was purchased as a Christmas gift. Now it wont arrive until after Christmas. This experience has been very disappointing. The customer service rep did not show any remorse or offer any apologies for the inconvenience. This was so unprofessional. I'm done with this Jomashop!

    I was skeptical buying cologne off the website at first but then saw multiple reviews on TikTok. I was pleasantly surprised on the fast shipping and quality of care in packing of the bottle I bought. I will continue to shop here.

    Never doing business with them again. I ordered a watch from them but started a return before I even received the watch. I returned it unopened and they refused to give me a full refund due to scratches they found on the watch, even though it was in original unopened packaging. Their customer service is terrible and careless.

    I bought Sauvage eau de parfum from Dior and it was fake. It doesnt smell as the real one . I live in ** I should have buy at Macys or Bloomingdales . I wanted to save some money and it what happen when you order from Jomashop.com

    Sent me very good cologne stickers and coupons very thankful that it came packaged safely the boxes weren't cheap bullcrap and the colognes are in one piece.

    I bought a cologne for men that was a 3.6 ounce and it only lasted for 10 sprays and was done which a 3.6 ounce perfume should give u at least **** to **** sprays equal to abt 3 to 5 months then I call to complaint and I was told that I use it all in less then 3 weeks

    I have used this website a few times and the service is pretty good. One time it took a few weeks to get my order but when it arrived it was in good condition. I would refer others to this website.
