    I ordered 3 pairs of Rayban Sunglasses from Jomashop. As promised and advertised I received the shipment on-time and in good shape. I would highly recommend shopping on Jomashop.com.

    They have you pay for 2 day shipping and I have not received the watch. I'm now told it would take another week which means this watch will get to ** in 3 weeks? This company is very misleading.

    Complete awful. I placed an order on 12/11/23 and was told I would have it by Christmas. I called a week ago and was told my order would ship in 1-2 days. I call again today and get told the watch I ordered was not in stock and was never in stock when I placed the order. They had no explanation for why I was allowed to make the purchase in the first place and had I not called I wouldnt have been refunded. This was a $850 purchase so you would think they would care a little more about their customers. I will NEVER be purchasing from them again and highly suggest nobody shops with them again. They have sketchy business practices and awful customer service.

    I looked up Jomashops warranty information then called to let them know whats wrong with my watch and asked if they can fix it under warranty. I was then given information to send it in for repair after so much waiting, I received the watch in the same condition hat I sent it in. There was no email or phone call telling me they cannot ***************. The watch was never dropped like they claimed and was only worn a few times. Their prices may be competitive but their customer service is not worth the money saved.

    Purchase my second watch at jomashop it was under warranty but when I sent my watch they refused to fix it said it's damaged that's a lie when jomashop don't want to honor there warranty I guess they will find something to deny warranty in other words my montblanc is junk now never never again jomashop is a scam .
