    Ordered a ***** bag for 1/3 the price of doing so directly w *****. The bag has been authenticated and is in excellent condition new w tag. I will definitely order again.

    Received a watch on Friday. On Sunday I found out it wasn't waterproof. Claimed to be 300 feet waterproof. Wasn't waterproof for 5 inches! Yes, I did my part, the s**** was put on tight, I found out the back bottom wasn't screwed out down by the factory up to specs. On one side air bubbles came out from the bottom.Contacted the store immediately on a Saturday! Up to today I can only reach the phone representative (for ordering, etc.). I can get no Manager, received no phone call back from them or an email. I was promised the aforementioned things, but I am still waiting! On Sunday I provided them with evidence, 9 pictures. Also, I opened a case for this watch with ******. I will definitely get my money back from them!

    Bought three amazing perfumes for the price one for valentines day. The items arrived as advertised and earlier than expected. They are my go to place for sun glasses, perfume, and watches. I can't believe they have one star reviews. Someone is trying to harm their reputation. I received ************** in original packaging. Very happy with the purchase.

    The notion Free Shipping is a dishonest statement by this business, once you return an item they deduct $13.29 and refund you partially, beware of this because they dont mention this in their return policy, the only thing they mention is The cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. they dont mention what this cost is and if something was shipped to you for free why would they deduct $13.29 attributing it to the cost of the return shipping label. They are not honest with customers to layout the return cost clearly in their return policy, basically Free Shipping is only Free as long as you dont return the item and havent found out yet but once you return and get charged $13.29 youll then realize it wasnt actually that Free to begin with they had hidden the shipping fee in the total price making it look like it was free!

    Bought Amour 6mm gold wedding band. It was a nice ring. Unfortunately, the ring did not fit. ******** was contacted to initiate a return of the ring. I received the return authorization number. Following instructions to the ** the item was packaged for the return. *** tracking was provided as the package was shipped from a local *** store. The package moved through about 6 locations on its way from ***** to ********. After a week, I received notice that the package had arrived at Jomashop and accepted by '****'. A few days lapsed and I noticed that I had had not received credit for the return. I have called and emailed at least 5 times. Each time I was notified that research was being done and that I would receive an update later that day or the following day. Guess how many updates/call backs I received.....the answer is zero. The last rep I spoke with, accused me of sending an empty envelope back. I was shocked by the accusation, that is NOT how I do business. To this day the issue has not been resolved......I am not pleased with this experience.

    Love the products jomashop carries luxury items at affordable prices; I've had one order that was not to my liking by the mistake on jomashop part contacted them by email and they contacted me immediately and fix the problem received my refund and an apology but I've ordered multiple items all worked out well with no problems

    Found a perfume that I had been looking for at an amazing price. Checked batch code when received and it was authentic. Amazing! Only issue I had was with shipping, but that is the fault of the carrier and not Jomashop.
