    Not only did I get a fake perfume , trying to get someone on the phone or via email, or even chat is impossible. Stay away and save yourself the grief.

    Terrible service and 2 weeks to get an item delivered from ** to *******, ** with standard shipping. Crazy!!!!

    No customer should have to wait over a month for their perfume to ship as well as send constant emails to corporate for updates about my order. Good thing I purchased the **************** at the time of purchase because my package was lost by **** Once I made a claim with Extend, Extend only covered a portion of the price and I am stuck with paying the remain cost which is crazy. I tried to place another order and could not. Based on this extreme level of inconvenience, I figured this company would attempt to match the price for the amount I orginally purchased this item. I proceeded to reach out to the company via email and phone calls, no resolution. If anything, an associate told me to wait until the package is located as *** has a pending investigation. I am truly trying to understand- why should the customer be further inconvenienced? As of today, I have no package two months later. The customer service here is ridiculous, despite the fact I requested for this company to call me on the phone. Everyone please save your money or just go to Saks or another wholesaler to purchase perfume. At this point, I truly want a refund or at least effective service to recieve the order that I purchases. I plan to reach out to my bank to reverse payment as this company has failed its duty to make sure the package was received by the buyer.

    Ordered many items including luxury watches. All authentic at great price and fast shipping. My relative repairs watches for over 40 years and now works at Rolex, he checked my watches and confirmed that they are legit. Dont afraid to order them. I cant speak for other items though but sure they are good to go too.

    Extremely disappointed. Ordered a ******** Khaki that was described as brand new. Item was obviously not brand new and had been worn with obvious signs of wear on both strap and body, stickers misplaced, manual ripped/crumpled, etc. Found out returns arent accepted with signs of wear, even though it didnt come from me? Figured whatever, Ill still wear it. After one week of wear, the time started malfunctioning and stops at 8am, date doesnt update. Now I have to shell out for an expensive repair. ************** avoid at all costs.

    Absolutely horrible experience - apparently the watch I ordered ended up outside of the continental ************* ( and I am in ******* ). I tried to contact them via their customer service email and got no response. Tried again, again no response. Tried to call them and no answer. Started process for purchase protection on my card.No recourse otherwise, they won't respond, haven't gotten the item I purchased and just flat out feel like I've been stolen from.I can't believe all the positive reviews - I mean, I believe the customers had a good experience but, personally, mine was pretty much the worst retail experience of my life.I would never do business with them again, nor would I ever consider - not even for the slightest moment - recommending anyone else to do business with them.

    So far so good, no complains. They are discounter online store, so expect their customer service to be slow but as long as I get a quality product, I am happy and so my experience has been positive.

    Jomashop was incredibly professional and communicated with me throughout the entire process of my purchase. My original order was back ordered and had no timetable as to when it would be in stock; ******** suggested an alternative option that was nearly identical to my original order. My new timepiece is absolutely stunning and I received it in a very timely manner. Thank you ********!
