    NO WAY DUDE. I love cologne and their prices seem tempting. However I bought my gf an $200+ perfume and then I never received it. I tried to work with them and then their customer service just refused to work with me. It was IMPOSSIBLE for me to have received the shipment but they insisted I was lying. Please see the other reviews here that people are posting about their HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE. They ship from ** and so does their attitudes. I refuse to suggest them as a good online merchant on whichever site possible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, BEWARE.

    I'm shocked to see anything less than 4 stars for Jomashop. They are a great fragrance and watch suppliers with unbeatable prices. Shipping speed consistency may be the only thing I've noticed but definitely not an issue.

    Great prices on great interesting watches. Also the Creed fragrance is such a good value. If you havent tried Creed youre missing out on some of the best fragrances in the world

    In first half of 2024 purchased two tester bottles of Versace cologne and have been enjoying them. Over the past 5+ years, have also purchased four watches - 2 Tissot, 1 Orient, and 1 ***********************. All boxed nicely and still working well. Never had to interact with customer service. All delivered without issue.

    I purchased a Cartier watch with authentication papers from this company. The company adds a premium to the price when authentication papers are included. Upon receipt of the timepiece the papers were absent. I reached out to the company to be told that they were aware that the item did not have the papers but they sent it anyway (clearly an attempt to defraud an unknowing customer). They offered me 150 dollars off of the price which I declined due to the immense amount of inauthentic Cartier watches floating around. I opted to return the item via **** which cost a total of 163 dollars with insurance. It was my expectation that ******** would own up to their attempt to be underhanded with a repeat customer and reimburse me for the shipping due to the fact that this was purely their fault. It has been over a month of me communicating with their customer service representative, *******, and I have received nothing. I have supplied receipts for the return shipping but it seems that ******** is refusing to accept the fact that their behavior was underhanded and fraudulent. I was previously a repeat customer but at this time I no longer trust this company and will no longer allow myself or my colleagues to do business with them again.

    **************** reps are beyond rude and not helpful. The rep I had "the pleasure" of working with on a review I left for the company was ******. I ordered my wife a perfume that came 20% empty, damaged and had literally melted the box it came in. I have time stamps for when it was delivered and the pictures taken of the damages so you can tell it was not from negligence on my part. When I reached out asking if I could do an exchange for an intact, non damaged and full perfume, I was told that I could receive a *** of $20 or I could return the item. I regretfully accepted the $20 as it seemed there was no other option. An exchange was never offered. I posted my review and ****** responded saying I was dishonest, that the option for a full refund was given but refused. I didn't want to return the item but to exchange the damaged item for a non damaged item. ****** then ended her reply to my review with "Better luck next time". Disrespectful, Snarky and honestly just sad that this is how they choose to treat the very people keeping their business going. Thousands of dollars were spent by my wife and I with them only to be treated like this the first time we have a complaint.
