    Received a watch as gift bought from Jomashop. Watch was not operating properly, then crown broke off. Contacted both Jomashop and the manufacturer (Arbutus), and did not receive great customer service from either. Manufacturer claimed that watch was sold on a sale, and did not come with full warranty, which was NOT mentioned when Jomashop sold the watch. Tried to contact Jomashop, but was not given any help, as the manufacturer said they would honor the warranty, but I would have to pay all shipping cost, from ** to ********* which can cost ~$70 or more which is almost half of what the watch cost in the first place. Also, watches are a high likelihood to be confiscated by customs because they are classified as a luxury good. I would not buy from this company unless you are SURE about the warranty or you know a good watch repairman who can fix it for you for a reasonable price. Very disappointed with customer service and the purchase.

    I like the Seiko watch. It is self winding as I react to EMFs in battery operated watches. The dark color of the face with light hands makes it easy to read, but I need a magnifying glass to see the date. There are no specifics on the description to help with size or wrist size. That would have been helpful information to have. It keeps good time as long as I move enough and dont take it off at night, but then it is self winding, so I cant be too surprised. The size of the watch face is feminine and dainty, but if you need to see the date, get a bigger watch, if you can figure out how big it really is.

    I got an unbelievable price on a brand new IWC Mark ** watch. It came with all of the boxes and papers except for a Jonashop warranty. The transaction was flawless and I received my watch a few days after the order was placed. A very satisfied customer!
