    We have had a poor experience with CYA and our ***** exhaust hood. They tend to contract with second rate service companies that mis diagnose the repair and CYA denies the claim without telling the customer. This warranty company is great at SELLING the warranty but not very good at COVERING the repair. Best to self insure and avoid CYA

    Terrible service, obnoxious people....make you pay the copay before scheduling, then need to wait one month for a repair man to come, I think they only have one service provider, otherwise why would it take so long..stay away Horrible

    I am appreciative for the follow up and that I will be getting a check to cover my cost. ****** was very pleasant and respectful which I appreciate. 5 stars.

    Was sold a product of we cover it all. But they don't tell you all the fees you have to STILL pay fees for service calls and any products and repairs. I canceled it the same day and said NO Thank you- Now they are playing dumb that they never received the cancellation- STAY FAR away from this company. Consumer Fraud at its Finest and I have filed a complaint directly with them as well

    ****** at customer support was fantastic. She was diligent with her work, was pleasant to work with, professional and accommodating. I'm glad she was my point contact at CPS to assist me with the claim process. Thanks!!!

    It was super easy, super convenient to use. I even forgot to register my warranty until the last moment when my phone was already broken, they still helped me and sent my claim through just fine. Truly will use again, thank you guys <3
