    DO NOT USE THIS SCAM They are completely non responsive. Called everyday, but the only have 600-1500 EST M-Th hours. Emailed them the estimate 3 times, but was told they were not receiving it. It has been a month of my refrigerator leaking all over the floor.

    ****** was chill as soon as he picked up the phone. Handled my situation extremely fast and offered me incentives as well! Take care of this man he deserves it. Even after he solved me issue; we chatted for a minutes. Just an overall nice soul. God bless this man!!Thanks for reading this review

    The very worst warranty company I’ve ever experienced in my life. Had my oven under warranty in my refrigerator. After three weeks they finally sent a repairman out for the oven. He told us the parts come from New Zealand. It would be weeks. I called ****** *** ****** and they said next Overnight the part to me from California warehouse where they service USA customers. Unfortunately, the very next month our refrigerator and freezer went warm. They put the ticket in for the same service company to come out and service it. They hadn’t shown up for two weeks and finally when they did, they said they could not repair it. They said they would put a ticket in with the warranty company and the warranty company would be replacing the refrigerator. Call the warranty company again because I had not heard from them in over a week. They said they’re sending out another company. Turns out it’s the very same company. I experienced with the oven and with the refrigerator. No return phone call from them today as promised. No return phone call from ****** * **** *********s in ******* ****** ******** They are both **** companies, and you should avoid them at all costs.

    Don't walk...RUN away from this place. The most DECEPTIVE sales pitch. They won't tell you they have a VERY aggressive DEPRECIATED VALUE coverage. I had a horrible experience with my refrigerator. I was old they covered the original sales value...but when I made my claim, the value came back at 40% of the initial value AND the deductible for "inspection" was more than the value they gave me! Don't do you homework on this company - simply walk away and trust me and the other reviewers. They insured my dishwasher as well...and I found out after I cancelled my policy that it had a NEGATIVE value in their eyes when they insured it! Please don't give these crooks you money.

    ****** went ABOVE & BEYOND !!! Provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. What he did for me was totally unexpected and was certainly heart felt. There should be more people in the World like ******. KUDOS to you !!! KEEP UP THE AWESOME JOB !!!

    Negative **** stars!!! Do not do business with these people. I asked multiple times to cancel my warranty over the course of a month. After multiple emails and calls clearly asking for the cancellation, the representative argued with me and blamed me that I wasn't clear enough that I wanted the warranty canceled.
