****** was terrific. We use CYA (Cover Your Assets) for our Kitchen Aid refrigerator along with other kitchen appliances. ****** was very clear, professional, friendly and efficient with my call for service. I received an email within moments of the call, and she clarified the next steps in the process of getting service. Having someone at *** as wonderful as ****** gave me such a sigh of relief. Many thanks to a fantastic employee at ***.

I would not give even 1 star to this company evencthough it was recommended and offered to me at a special rate through ****! I have had nothing but delays and problems getting my appliances repaired by ***, which 100% has never been able to identify service providers in my area nor have the EVER settled my 2 claims in anywhere near responsible or prompt fashion! The ONLY timely thing they do is collect your monthly fees and your service charges! They even canceled my policy without my consent after i had bee trying for months to get a reimbursement, which they indicated they had sent but never did! I am MORE THAN DISSATISFIED and downright angry at the shoddy and RUDE service I have received from them and will file a similar complaint with AARP!

A few years ago I bought several warranties for products in my home, major appliances including my freezer/refrigerator set, washer/dryer set, dishwasher and stove/oven. The sets need two individual warranties. Each cost over 1K. So I would consider that I am a valued customer with repeat business. A month ago I called for a problem with my freezer. The ice maker was not working and the freezer was not keeping the required temperature to freeze for ice making. I called for service. I was told to empty the freezer of its contents and unplug the freezer that needed to sit for two days prior to service. I did this and an appointment was made. I did this with the help of my handyman and unplugged the freezer from the wall. I cannot move the freezer so I hired him to help me. The technician was from ******************* in ***********. He created an estimate on his first visit and repaired it on his second. He could not put the freezer into place because of a hernia and bad back. So I had to hire my handyman again. The temperature still did not drop appropriately. No ice, too.. I called service again. I requested an able bodied tech who could move the appliance as needed. The same tech returned. I asked him to look at a component on the back of the freezer but he could not move it due to his issues. I got upset because I had asked for an able bodied technician or two. Because I expressed I was not happy he left. I got an email in the form of a settlement offer stating: "Reason: Your item has been deemed beyond economical repair. In lieu of replacement, CYA has issued a settlement for the depreciated value of your unit." They offer $813 and some cents. I contacted *** requesting proof that the tech sent to me was ELECTROLUX (my product) certified and get no response. I called ********** and they said ******************* is not. I made an appointment with ELECTROLUX service for $550.00 for an all inclusive repair. They will be out Monday. This review requires I give min one star.

I have tried to contact them for weeks at a time. I filled out a warranty submission but because I didn't back to them right away they canceled it. I am a teacher and I do not have access to personal related work at my job. I get a 30 minute lunch and end up on hold for the full 30 minutes before getting disconnected over and over. I can't do the ** option because I can't answer my phone while working. Today I am on vacation and I have spent 2 hours trying to reach this company. I tried online which keeps giving me an error message. I tried calling with continuous disconnections. I am now waiting for ** to get back with me and I am mad. How do you reach this company? Go to ********, **? Also, I don't feel to comforted after reading all the reviews on this company. I just want them to treat their customers like they are thankful for their business. I want my warranty honored in a fair way. I want them to give an option to their customers to actually speak to an agent.

We purchased warranties for three appliances from this service. One failed in a way that would have been optimal for repair under the service for which we paid for hundreds of dollars. The service was a disaster from the beginning. The assigned tech was not responsive to calls or texts. We paid additional for a diagnostic visit. When the tech came he made repeated errors. After two months, and four visits, the dishwasher was still not repaired. Repeated calls to customer ********************** resulted in routine 90 minute wait times, after which the representative would hang up on us. We eventually gave up on the service and bought a new unit at our own expense. In my experience they are a total SCAM. Regret that we purchased this service. Would give zero stars if that was offered.

Horrible Service and Dishonest Practices Avoid at All Costs In August, I filed a claim with CPS to repair my ** refrigerator and paid a $100 deductible. Since then, a technician came to my home three to four times over three months, each visit spaced out by at least three weeks with the repeated excuse of waiting for parts. Despite each new part replacement, my refrigerator issue remained unresolved. After three frustrating months of endless repairs, I reached out to CPS to explore their buyback option. However, to my shock, I was told that their system had closed my claim back in August, falsely marking it as resolved.without telling to me, CPS had quietly marked my appliance as repaired after the very first visit, despite the problem persisting, and then closed the claim. When I requested an explanation, CPS informed me that I had unknowingly opened a new claim in October, which meant I was required to pay another $100 deductible. When I argued that my fridge was never fixed, their customer ********************** manager brushed me off, saying, We never promised the appliance would be fixed, only that we would send someone to do a repair. Unfortunately, it wasnt fixed, and the claim was closed. This experience has shown me that CPS is not only irresponsible but operates in a manner that borders on fraudulent. They dodge accountability by making up stories and, to add insult to injury, their customer ********************** is dismissive and rude, refusing to listen to my concerns. I highly recommend avoiding CPS if you value your money and want an honest service. Dont let them scam you as they did to me.

After 8 months trying to get repair they deemed my 2 year old fridge beyond the price of repair. After taking $175 deductible they sent me $622 which nets to $447 on my $2500 fridge. Sorry customer ********************** and repair companies
