    ************!! Paid to extend our original 5 yr warranty another 5 years for 8 products after getting a phone call from this company telling us we can extend it. Now, we filed a claim on year 3 for our freezer that is part of a kit set (fridge, freezer, built-in kit). They say the $830.76 repair is too much and the freezer has depreciated down to $612.73. This is after paying $2231.84 for the plan and the $150 deductible. Also, they are cancelling the freezer off the policy and not refunding us the itemized yearly quote for the 2 years of warranty that we are not getting. ****** ***** said that we got a deal and should have paid more ($100/mth) for our plan, but we didn't because we chose a longer plan. He asked what would keep someone from buying a longer plan just to ask for their money back mid policy. I told him the diagnostic tech that they send to determine whether it was a real covered problem with the appliance. I told them that we would have to replace the fridge and kit, also if we didn't repair the freezer since it is all one unit in the kitchen. Rep ******** stated that even though the fridge is under the warranty as well, that isn't covered because the fridge side is still working. I only get the payment for this freezer if I accept to let them cancel the policy for this freezer and not be liable for any further repairs.Side note: ****** was extremely rude and condescending for the entire conversation. He was talking over me the entire time, even when asked to stop. He refused to let me speak to a supervisor to report him saying that he was the supervisor. At the end, he accused me of being upset purely bc they weren't covering more even though I told him in the beginning that I didn't appreciate how he was talking over me and wouldn't let me speak. At the end, he stated that someone else would call me.

    I signed up with this company in good faith...when I put in a claim for a Whirlpool Dryer part the run around began...g=four days later no response from company. When I signed up I did correspond with a manager and...surprise he is not there anymore and haven't hd a call back from his replacement. BEWARE. J

    My washing machine broke; I contacted CYA and had to send pictures, and they immediately denied my claim for a reason I still don't understand. Back-and-forth emails. They agreed to look at it again and denied it again. When I sent an email telling them I no longer wanted the policy and would report to BBB, I received two emails in the middle of the night trying to rectify the situation. My "policy" runs through February 15, 2027. I think they should reimburse me for the remaining time. I want nothing more to do with this company,
