      I cancelled a Contact Lens order within ***** minutes of making it because I wanted a different brand(B&L ULTRA) than the AirOptix written on the Rx. On June 6, 2025.I was Charged $122 anyway. It was posted and paid from my **************** checking account, it was not " pending".Order was cancelled and shows up as cancelled on their website and was supposed to "drop off" in a day or two.A week later it hadn't dropped off nor was it refunded. I emailed and "chatted" w them.Was told it should dropoff by 10 days at the latest. I replied that they needed to actually" Refund the $122" because it was Posted as paid on my ******* statement.They replied that the sale was cancelled and refused to order couldn't reverse the ************* is June 26, 2025and the charge is still posted as Paid on my WF account.Don't do business with these incompetent rednecks because:1) you have to deal w an AI chat robot 2) you can not talk to a person to resolve a problem 3) they refuse to resolve the problem.Their COO/CEO is ***** ******* / ****** ******* from ***; that should give you an idea as to why they're shysters/schiesters/ scheissers!

      They literalaly stole my glasses. They say the lost them, which to me is the same things if they won't refund me or replace the pair. They didn't make an order number for it and mixed it in with another. I've spent hours with agents, many who don't understand english. Nobody allows me to speak to a manager. They have hung up on me multiple times.

      Do not buy from these people. Charge your card immediately, canceled order, cant get ahold of them. Number on Bank statement is not them ( 212 area code )You get the run around and they say they will take care of your issue but do not. Do not trust

      do not order from here!! They lie about shipping dates and they take it forever for refunds if the refund is actually coming through, which I have not gotten yet. RUN!!!

      I have used this company for a few years now. While their glasses are reasonably priced and of decent quality, their estimates of shipping times are often way off. After my last pair of glasses broke, I ordered new ones on the 6th of this month. I opted for the 3-5 day express shipping. I got a notice that they shipped on the 10th then waited. Finally, I checked the tracking today (18th) and see that it reached ************* on the 16th, but will not be to ****** until the 30th. I can only conclude that the "3-5 day shipping" I paid extra for is parcel post! They agreed to refund me the expedited shipping, but I am still without glasses!

      They claimed to have live customer service and do not. I created a return they will not accept it. Ive spent over $400 on a pair of glasses I cant use and they offer no help. I send them my prescription and it is 100% completely wrong.

      Im trying to either get a refund or change the glasses I received. The prescription was filled incorrectly. There is no live person to accept a call. The answer BOT is unhelpful,

      Do not purchase from ********** Lied to multiple times by support staff. Unable to reach a real person by phone despite website saying 24/7; even during business hours. Both provided emails on their cite send to unmonitored inboxes.

      Zero should be an option! I don't know where all these fake ratings came from but for a company like this to get the same order wrong twice, there is no excuse for it. They do not care about customer service or understand the concept. First order, wrong prescription and correct frames. Reproduced order, correct prescription, WRONG FRAMES. Ridiculous! No understandable humans at the other end of the phone when you can get one. No human eyes to read emails = NO customer service. We want our money back because they don't deserve it but now I feel like if we send them back again, we'll never see them again and then we'll have nothing for our trouble.
