      Wish I could leave a 0. Believe this company is a scam. Order glasses back on July 1, 2025. Was told then 5 to 7 days. Didnt receive them called back was told 7 to 10 days did not receive them called back was told 3 to 6 days still have not received glasses and can never talk to supervisor

      This place calls themselves GlassesUSA giving one the impression that the glasses are being made and shipped from the ***...NOT SO! These glasses are made in a foreign country (probably *****) and you won't have a clue until you get your tracking number (Shipped by a company called *************) which doesn't show you the source. IT TAKES WEEKS to get your glasses even when you pay for expedited shipping. AVOID THIS ************ AT ALL COSTS, go to a reputable USA company and get your glasses. At least you'll know they are good quality and will get them much faster!

      If you are getting regular distance glasses, it may be ok, but if you are getting progressives, go somewhere else. I exchanged the first pair because I didn't like the frames and that went fine. Then when I got the new pair, I couldn't use them for my computer, they said to ask my optician for the segment height but when I asked they said I had to have the frames with me, I had already sent them back. **************** on the phone barely spoke English and were not helpful. They estimated the segment height and when I got the new pair (at least 1 month later) I still can't use them for computer work, they only work for distance. Since I had the frames I got my segment height from my optician, I called today to provide it to them but again had a very heavy accent and told me to call back in a few hours. These glasses were $518. I would never get progressives online again or at least not with this company .

      I ordered glasses two months ago and never received them due to a typo in my delivery address. I called, emailed and did a chat message to try to correct the address . I never got to speak to a real person. After 1 month they led me to believe that they refilled my order and it would be delivered on July 1st. They never came. They issued me a $12.95 refund on a $100.60 order. This company is a scam. Beware!

      Worse customer service unable to get help with anthing. Unable to reach agent for all customer service issues. Nothing for correcting, exchange/returing items,or getting my money back. When using chat feature to get an agent it gives choices but no agent. The one star is not deserved for these transactions I'm involved with me.**** *.

      I ordered my sunglasses on June 27th with expedited shipping. Was told the glasses will take 4-6 business days to produce, and 3 days to ship. After it had been a week, they still showed in production. When I asked about them, they said there was an unexpected issue and that it would be another 4-6 days. So after another week I asked and it was the same response but I was told 2 days. Then after 3 days I was told 1 day and it just happened over and over. Nobody could tell me what was really going on with the production, there was no updates and if I wanted one I had to reach out to a bot and jump through hoops to talk to a live agent that still used bot responses. No way of speaking to a real person. Its been a month now, I asked again today what was going on and they gave me 3 more days of production time after I was told at the beginning of the week, it would be have been shippied by today. I finally asked for a refund and they tried offering all kinds of little discounts to keep me from cancelling. Now Im not so sure Ill even get the refund. I would recommend this company to nobody. I chose this company because the brand name leads you to believe its an **************** when In reality, everything is happening in sweatshops overseas. This company needs to be taken off the ****** advertisements that give them a 4.5 out of 5. This company deserves 0 stars.

      I should have learned the first time. I ordered $500 ***** prescription sunglasses, the tint fell off! It literally flaked off like it was plastic. Of course there was nothing that could be done besides purchasing another pair. I received email coupons and text coupons like any other advertising service, So I figured I'd order another pair. Of course I can't use a single one of those. Terrible experience buyers beware. **************** is terrible and your stuck with junk.

      On Saturday, July 12th, 2025, I placed an order with GlassesUSA and paid for expedited shipping (3 to 5 business days). Today is Monday, July 21st, and the glasses have still not arrived. Clearly, the delivery time that was promised at checkout has not been met.I called customer service, and the representative simply told me that its still within the timeframe, which is not true, since 7 full business days have already passed (not including the weekend).Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of the extra amount I paid for expedited shipping, since the service I paid for was not fulfilled. If this is not resolved promptly, I will file a dispute with my bank and proceed with a complaint through the BBB and any other available channels.I expect a formal response and a concrete resolution as soon as possible.

      Horrible quality glasses. I did a **** free deal and got one pair that was horrible quality. I never got the other pair. I paid $225 and they said they'll refund 6 $66. This was weeks ago. I still haven't seen any refund at all. It is impossible to get a live person on the line.

      Dont buy from them they are scammers i got a pair of glasses that didnt look as advertised sent them back for a replacement and they wont give me my partial refund its been 3 weeks. Took a month and still havent gotten my replacement glasses
