      I couldn't see clearly with the glasses so I returned them. Evidently, the special instructions I provided weren't followed. And now I can't get a refund. Impossible to get a human on the phone, so I'm out $312.

      Paid over $240 for a pair of glasses. Paid up for express shipping and was expecting my order to be here in 3-5 business days. It has been 7 days and I still have nothing. I don't even have any tracking info on when to expect my order. If i would have known I would be waiting this long, i would have NEVER ordered from here. When I finally tried to contact customer service to see what is going on, they make it very difficult to talk with an actual person. The person told me my glasses should be here in 4 more days. This is not acceptable, especially when you pay more for something to get here quicker. Take your business somewhere local or a website that is trust-worthy.

      I purchased a pair of sunglasses, they came in broken, and there's NO WAY TO GET A REFUND? Everything during the purchase process said these purchases are guarenteed no questions asked and returns are accepted. When I sign in to do a return they're "NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN" and these glasses are useless. They came in with a horrible prescription. I've validated my prescription with my doctor and these don't work at all for me.

      This company is impossible to deal with. I ordered two pairs of glasses and shipping took a long time. When I finally received my glasses I was unhappy with how the frames looked on me. No problem, they have a no questions asked return policy within 14 days of receiving the glasses. I followed the annoying prompts with their AI chat bot that kept offering me better deals to exchange for different frames which I didnt want. I finally got them to accept my refund request and was given the option to print a shipper or take it to a Happy Returns location. I wish that I was happy with this return process. Its been over three weeks since I took the package to a local Ulta to return. I have received zero indications from ********** that they have received them or when I will get my money. I figured out through Reddit that you can speak with a real person in the chat if you say repeatedly speak to a real person. I did this almost a week ago and they told me to wait 2-3 business days. That came and went with no acknowledgment from the company. I just reached out again and they said that they would flag it as priority. I do not believe that this company has any intention of giving me a refund. My next step is to take them to small claims court as they are stealing from me at this point. Horrible experience. I will never order glasses online again.

      customer service person is good but the service provided by GlassesUSA is not good. I have ordered a pair of eyeglass on 10th April and I received first one in 22nd April but without clip on glass (incomplete order). I reported same day 22nd April, you know they processed my report after 7 days April 29. Now I am waiting for my complete order and they still need 7-10 days to complete in production and delivery will take around 4-5 days. what a service GlassesUSA.

      Probably one of the worst online experiences EVER. Product never came, so they re-sent another order. The second order was sent, and it's been 3 months now. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get a live person on the phone, and they don't resolve anything - except tell you to wait for an email. It is yet to be known if my refund is actually coming. I would give them 0/5 if I could.

      I give all 5 stars, but since using your company, delivery is slower and it has gotten a bit more expensive. I do love the glasses every time. I need to be more patient and willing to pay more fore nice quality.
