      **************** is absolutely terrible, DO NOT do business with this company if you aren't in the same state/city as them! They have refused, through silence, to set expectations to resolve my issue after I recieved a damaged product. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise on the internet. And all their service guarantees that they ensure on their website, so far, have proven false. I was given no chance to refuse delivery of my damaged product. It was not unboxed for inspection of damages upon delivery, instead it was left, standing on end on my door step, without even a signature required.

      Ordered a range with old range haul off and install of new range in August 2023. They said I would receive a call in a few days to schedule delivery. A week later I find out that my delivery is being changed to October. In October I find out it's changed to December. In December I find out it's changed to January. Finally in January the range is delivered. Although I booked new range install, they can't install it because it didn't come with a plug, just bare wires hanging out the back. I asked the delivery people what to do and they couldn't answer any questions because they didn't speak English. Only installed the gas line and left. I called appliances connection and they said because it's a European model, I need to have an electrician install a plug on the bare wires in the back of the unit. Sure would have been nice to know before the purchase. I had been smelling gas for a few days when the electrician came. He was able to get the electrical component installed and plugged in. Once plugged in, the range top (gas) never worked, but the oven (electric) was now working. Continued to smell gas, so I bought a gas detector. It alarmed at he joint between the new gas line and the range (installed by appliances connection). I called them to let them know what happened. **************** was extremely rude and I had to go do several things to open a work order. Several days later, I still haven't received a call or remedy. We are now 179 days after my initial "in stock" order and I still don't have a working range. It so cost me an extra $300 to have an electrician come out to finish the install that was ordered for Appliances Connection to complete.

      Had a damaged microwave delivered and they refused to take it back or refund us the money. We are out 750 bucks because they put a damaged microwave in a damaged box and would t refund the money or take it back. They treat you like scum when you call them and do not refund you. Do not do business with this company as they are crooks.

      Terrible company! Stay away from them! I bought a very high end stove/oven from them with delivery and installation, it was improperly installed and parts were missing. The installation company lied that everything was good and of coarse AC chose to believe them, why, because it was cheaper to not send someone out to install it correctly and attach the missing parts. There was no follow up and I finally had to hire an outside contractor to make it right. This company is not good, they dont care and they will not stand by their commitment to deliver and install a good product. Buy local instead!

      Dishonest at every step. I spent over a year with an agent at this company picking an appliance package for my cabin. I was attracted by their prices and price match. The deciding piece was delivery to my remote building site in *****. I knew from experience that the local hardware store could deliver - but I went over the top explaining the remoteness of my site to my representative. He assured me that they would deliver TO THE ***** I bought these appliances in November. I was running a clock between having the cabin substantially complete to house these appliances and having the snow fall making the dirt road impassible. Appliances Connection NEVER told me that they farm the delivery out to a third party. After they cashed my check - they stopped answering calls and emails. Poor ****** fielded my daily calls and emails - and promised a "manager will call you back today" and "we are working on it". That went on for 5 weeks. I received a call from *****************, the contracted delivery service. They told me that they had not heard anything from Appliances Connection (no one was working on it) and they could not deliver to my site. Further - I needed to start paying them storage fees and they were initiating turning my appliances over to salvage. I am stuck in ******* trying to coordinate a box truck and delivery men to take my appliances to the location Appliances Connection promised time and again to deliver for free. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

      Order process went smooth and the chat person who assisted was very helpful. I understood it would ship within 2 or 3 days and then the shipping policy stated it would be 7 to 14 business days in transit. Imagine the surprise when, after it shipped, I was told via email it would be a month or more before they would even contact me to set up a delivery date. Had I have known that it would take so long I wouldnt have ordered and I contacted them and told them to cancel the order and they said if I did I would owe them over $800 in return shipping. I asked them to point out in their shipping policy anything that said it would be more than a month to deliver and they couldnt. After pushing the issue, they found a policy reference, but it wasnt in the shipping policy, it was in the return policy that said it could take longer than the 7 to 10 business days if you lived in a rural area. It took over 5 weeks for the appliances to arrive and then when I opened the boxes two of them were damaged. I contacted them and they said since I didnt open and inspect the appliance while the shippers were there, I couldnt file a claim. They offered me $100 to just live with the damage, which was cosmetic, but which wouldnt have even paid for the replacement parts. Good luck with shipping if you use this company, especially if you dont live in a major metropolitan area!

      I purchased a range on 12/29/03, which was listed as available with an estimated delivery date of between 1/08 and 1/11. The delivery time was a deciding factor as the price paid was identical to other vendors and our current range no longer functions. On 1/8, I checked my order status, only to find that they haven't even received the product at their warehouse yet. I decide to call customer service for clarification. After a recording informed me that I was number 14 in line, I decided to opt for a callback, which I received in a timely manner.After the representative took my order number and put me on a moderate hold, I was informed that the range that was supposed to be delivered by 1/10, wasn't even estimated to be to their warehouse until 2 days after it was supposed to be delivered cross country. I then said that as long as it was shipped promptly after they received it on the 12th., that would be fine. I was then reminded again that these were only estimates and not promises.After noting that their website still indicates that if purchased today. this range would be shipped by 1/11, which would be impossible since they don't expect to receive it until after then, ******* became combative defending their position that it was okay to indicate shipping times before evenly possible as they were only "estimates".I understand the concept of estimates, and I am aware that things happen, but telling people shipping times which they knowingly can't possibly meet, aren't estimates, they are flat out lies!They still currently indicate on their website that this item is available and will ship prior to them even receiving the item.I hope they decide to respond to this and explain how they can make estimates of shipping dates, knowing they won't receive the product until after those dates.       Terrible Company. 3 weeks I wait for my dishwasher and it arrives damaged so now Im waiting another month not one person called to apologize they dont care at all about customer service.

      DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I bought a dishwasher MAYTAG for almost $900 in May23 and I am still waiting for repair. It has never worked properly. Delivery took over 3 weeks instead of one ! You only have one month to get it installed and find out the problem! after that they don't give a S... about you and you have to deal with the brand. The warranty is only for repair. Pieces arrives broken inside the dishwasher, it took me 2 months to get new pieces and finally when I get to use it, it was leaking !!! The warranty refuse to replace it nor refund. I have been washing my dishes everyday by hand since 6 months.They make you deal with a third company to fix it but keep re-scheduled weeks after weeks. The guy is sick, he does have the pieces, he is injured and so on since months ...... It is so frustrating

      The worst company to deal with damaged appliances sent. Wrong items sent. Range discontinued and not notified in a timely manner, Delivery cancelled on day of delivery , damaged my counter top. Wrong charges made on my credit card, said I needed to order plugs and water lines at extra charge and then come to find out they were included but not able to return the ones I purchased , old frig sitting in patio for weeks because they didnt have room in the truck to haul away waiting MONTHS and Months for my deliveries 4 months to be exact. White glove delivery boys had NO tools to install If you order from this company hope you have a bottle of meds cause you will need it. Dec 2023 this is written
