      I purchased a fridge from applianceconnection.com. It was delivered non-functioning and physically damaged. Now, they are refusing the pick-up the damaged product and refund me unless I pay for "pick up fee" of $327. The customer reps have been extremely rude as well. Avoid purchasing from this vendor at any cost.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are a scam!!! Ordered our new appliances over a month ago. Never showed up on delivery day. Now theyre trying to charge us an additional $1000 to cancel the order. **************** is disrespectful and highly unprofessional.

      Avoid, avoid, avoid. Ordered on the 9th of Nov, and arrived on the 30th with the damaged washer. After over two weeks, I'm nowhere with them, unhelpful helpline and very poor customer service. Save yourself stress and go locally.

      Cancelled a frig order with another outlet as they couldn't get it to me by Christmas. Then ordered from Appliances Connection as they beat the price and it would be here on time. They call 2 weeks later and their "FREE SHIPPING" clause doesn't apply for my distance, which they knew when I ordered. Was going to charge $700 for delivery. No thanks. Bait and switch!

      Kept trying to ship me an order that I did not want after I emailed them to cancel it due to a deliver delay of 1 month, tried to charge me shipping charges for an order that had not shipped according to the logistics company, threatened me with recording my calls (which I had not consented to).

      It has been 147 days since I received an oven and 147 days of nightmares. **** was extremely helpful to get people involved to assist me and hopefully resolve my issues which they did not. My Oven arrived with a broken door...Parts and service go through Middleby Residential and then they get some service company to go and repair..... Parts take forever and are on back order and the service technicians are over booked and often will not be available for 2-3 weeks. Since they couldn't get a door for my oven they sent me a new oven which gave me nothing but issues.The 2nd oven arrived defective and has had several issues...1. Upon delivery there was a loose s**** where the mother board is and there was a wire touching which made a loud noise...2. then there was a loud noise coming from the center...The fan was replaced.3. Then I tried the true convection and then oven started going on and off and gave me an F08 code... technician came and reset the code.4. A week later received another F08 code and when I called ******'s appliance and sent videos to them and to Middleby Residential. 5 Parts were ordered and oven needs to be replaced. Appliances Connection now needs a return Authorization from Middleby Residential and ******** has gone radio silent and Appliances connection has left it there. It is a week before Thanksgiving and I have the oven of my dreams I am just not able to use it for the most important day you purchase these appliances. I am frustrated and have spent many sleepless nights trying to figure out how to have this resolved.

      I am very disappointed with Appliances Connection customer service and the quality of Cosmo range they sold me. The range delivered had several defects, such as a cooling fan that never stops, debris inside the oven window, oil stains on the door, and plastic chips in the oven drawer. They also did not refund me for a power cord that I returned with the delivery guys. They did not offer to take back or replace the range at their expense. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.I am dissatisfaction with the range I purchased from Appliances Connect. I contacted customer service and requested a full refund, but I was told that I must pay for the return shipping, which is almost $500. This is unacceptable and unfair. I paid $1842.24 for the range and received $42.39 back for canceling the pickup service. The full refund amount should be $1799.85, not $1521.09 as they claimed. I demand an explanation for this discrepancy and a waiver of the return shipping fee. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution of this matter.The website policy of AppliancesConnection states that they offer a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery. They claim that the return process is simple and hassle-free, and that customers can request a refund online. However, this is far from the truth. I have been trying to return this faulty appliance since the day I received it, but I have faced nothing but delays and obstacles. It has been three weeks now and I still have not received a resolution or a refund. This is unacceptable and unfair to the consumer.I am left with no option but to keep a defective product and fix it myself. However, they also asked me to remove the oven windows and clean the dirt on my own. Ive shopped online since its inception and never had such a horrible experience. We have not used a range since October 25th and today is November 13th. Im tired, frustrated, and have not hope of getting a reasonable resolution.

      Save yourself a lot of grief and take your business elsewhere.I would give negative rating if possible.I purchased a dishwasher last yr. (November 2022). Yes, last yr. received damaged and would not except it . So,waited for the 2nd attempt just to get a broken 3rd rack. Tech. noticed and we called center to report and order the 2 plastic pieces . Numerous phone calls on my part and email correspondence later November of 2023 Still have not used the 3rd rack of my dishwasher! I received several wrong pieces to fix the problem( even with the multiply pictures I sent ). I even offered to send the wrong parts back, but no one wants to do their job. I was speaking with a so called supervisor ********, but he became unprofessional and wouldn't return my phone calls. I have been polite but ***** with the way they treat their customers and they absolutely don't care!!! I began this transaction with a promotion of no interest and now as if they haven't stuck it to me enough they have added interest now!! I could go on but it's just to much and I certainly would take everyone advice and buy eleswhere! I believe the days when companies had pride in their products and customer service was important are gone!! (I had hoped for at least a credit to make up for their misgivings)!

      Placed an order on Oct. 26 for 2 nightstands. Got a few shipping updates maybe twice before my scheduled delivery date of Nov. 7. That day came.No one came, called, nothing. When you call AM Trucking to find out where your merchandise is, the individuals I spoke to were clueless and could not give ANY updates. Honestly, folks.I think the web page and phone numbers and shipping *** are a scam. I have to eat humble pie on this one, but I think this was a scam created by people that are good with software to make it look legit. Theres really no recourse when you dont get your goods. I called the 800 number for appliances connection four times this morning (the 1st 3 times the phone rang once and dropped). I finally got in contact with a rude alleged salesperson, ********************, who was irritated with me for being concerned about where my nightstands were. He sent an email to the trucking company and ccd me on it. That was the solution. Its laughable, right? With every fiber of my being, my intuition is screaming..this is a pretty elaborate scam! DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME, MONEY, OR SERENITYtheres a reason the price is the cheapest youve seen.thats the hook.DONT BITE!

      Ordered a $10,500+ built-in refrigerator. Part of that purchase included the complete installation of the fridge. After installed and while my 51 wife was loading groceries the fridge tipped over on her, glass bottles and groceries all over the floor and my wife barely able to push the fridge back upright. When it tipped over it tweaked the bottom freezer drawer so that it did not close properly. We unloaded the fridge and turned it off. After further investigation Appliances Connections installer did not install any of the anti-tipping hardware that are required and shown clearly in the installation manual. *** spent 2+ months trying to get this damaged refrigerator replaced and am still without a fridge or a replacement or a refund. They advised they would replace it but not install it even though installation is part of the agreement when I purchased the unit. I advised that they can come remove the damaged refrigerator and provide me with a full refund. The installation of this refrigerator was incomplete and extremely dangerous yet they act like the problems with the installation are somehow my fault. Appliances Connection advised now that they will NOT provide me a refundthey will only drop off a replacement only and not install it. Obviously not what I paid for and totally unacceptable. AC I guess did not like it that I now want a refund and are now blaming me for the refrigerator tipping over and it appears they will not replace the fridge or give me a refund. They are dishonest and unethical. I have responded via their ticket system. They seem willing to try anything to not resolve a problem their installer created and now have gone silent. I wrote and sent a letter to the *** *************************, provided a timeline, details and pictures showing him the issues and asked for his assistance.
