      TOTAL SCAM BBB NEEDS TO DO A BETTER JOB AND REPORT ANY AND ALL ASSOCIATED OWNERS/INVESTORS RELATED TO THIS BUSINESS! WE WERE ALL SCAMED OUT OF OUR MONEY SINCE THE WARRANTY IS NO LONGER VALID DUE TO THIER Appropriation OF MONEY! Does anyone know of a contact number to these people?

      My 5 year warranty that purchased from was suspended from them as others have mentioned for a refrigerator purchased 6/1/23...very infuriating and fraudulent considering it was paid for, so it should continue from CPS and not suspended since CPS manages the warranty and not them no matter if they are in bankruptcy or not.

      I purchased a range from them back in December of 2023. I received a text today from the warranty company saying my 5 year extended warranty was suspended. They failed to pay the warranty company the $180 I paid them to obtain the warranty. I was told they filed for bankruptcy and closed. I then had to pay another $180 to the warranty company today so I didnt lose coverage. They stole my money and I would like it back.

      We ordered a Forte refrigarator and dishwasher from Appliance Connection in Oct. of 2023 for a kitchen remodel. The appliances were installed in January and refrigarator and dishwasher stopped working in March. I couldn't find any information online for Forte Appliances and the number listed on the appliance manual was disconnected. I tried contacting Appliance Connection and that's when I learned the two companies are connected. They misrepresented this to us and made it seem like they were not connected. the salesman I spoke with really pushed the Forte Appliances. Totally feel scammed. And now both companies have vanished.

      They wouldnt return my calls when I called they promised to do a service. They didnt complied very bad customer service at the beginning they were OK but after when I receive my appliance, they wouldnt return my calls really bad customer service.

      They have gone out of business before fulfilling our order. We placed our order on 2/27/24 for a new dishwasher and paid them almost $2k. We have been trying to reach them and now their website is not loading and no one is answering the phone. Scam!

      My name is *********************** I ordered a set of sofas totaling about $2,400. They said I would get it in a few weeks. *** tried calling numerous amounts of times, website is down and no responses to my email. They lied and stole my money. Please advise I would like a full refund of my purchase

      They were great until with no warning closed with bankruptcy. They owe us a refund of $1,700.00. Took three weeks for them to approve the refund. Due any day and then nothing.
