      I look online to purchase a mirror coffee table. The original website that comes up were Coasters but they sell to dealers so they have couple suggestions on dealerships that use them so I chose Appliances Connection. I placed my order, when I received it the table side mirror was broken. So made a claim with them for a replacement. They told me they dont have anymore they offered me a full refund. So a week goes by I didnt get a shipping label to return the item and I called them the lady told me that they are waiting for a manager approval. Now I cant get through their website or call. They scam me. So I called Coasters they told me they would get in contact with them.

      I ordered a range in January. The selection we made we were told would be available in May. We agreed not thinking the company would completely disappear. Their phones are disconnected and they website is down. We paid in full. We are unsure but doubtful if we will get our range in May. If we do not get our order they owe us a refund. Please advise:

      I purchased a refrigerator and the delivery services & take away services were subcontracted out. The White glove service (remove the old and install the new) and the reversal of the handles I purchased, was never passed on to the delivery company. I must say the delivery company went out of their way to fix the s**** up Appliance Connection made. I have tried for days to call Appliance Connection to be sure that the delivery company gets paid for what was clearly not on their orders and it says they are closed when I call during their business hours. Now the phone just rings.

      Ordered a new ******* washer and matching dryer from appliances connection. Com both arrived damaged beyond useable and called the company and told them about the damage to both machines and they issued a ticket number and said that I needed to send pictures of the damaged machines and I did she said that once they received the pictures they can start the replacement process the next couple of days I tried calling and my calls would not go through now I hear that the company has filled bankruptcy I now have 2 machines that are damaged beyond repairs and I have already paid for them in full through my credit card company and I will have to call my credit card company and see if I can get credited for the 2 damaged machines I'm disabled and on a fixed income and now have 2 machines that have to be removed from my condo and no refund as of yet to get replacement machines DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF IT'S AFFILIATE COMPANY'S ALL FILED BANKRUPTCY AND HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF RECTIFYING ANYTHING FOR ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!

      Recieved a broken dishwasher, they installed it and when I opened it up it was broken I have been waiting for 1 month for a tech to show up, it is supposed to be tommorow, no follow up they no techs in Dutchess ****** the techs are in the City 75 miles away, So I wait with a broken useless machine, no calls to confirm the phone and website are down, I believe I have been had, please investigate this place, very shady dealings, I had hoped that this was good thing I could have installed one myself but I opted for the white glove service, I guess, I will have to go to court STAY AWAY SAVE YOUR MONEY BUY LOCAL BAD BUSINESS

      ****************** They stole my money for a dishwasher without delivering the dishwasher. This is plain theft. I would give negative stars if I could. My credit card company will go after them.

      Title: Unfortunate Experience with Appliance Connection: Beware of Online Orders Rating: ??????Location: ******************************************* I recently had a disappointing experience with Appliance Connection after purchasing a refrigerator online. The delivery was made to the wrong address, and upon unloading, it became evident that the appliance delivered was not the one I had ordered.The frustration didn't end there. The appliance was financed through ************** and despite their investigation, they sided with Appliance Connection. This left me in a predicament where I am being held responsible for a product I did not order.To make matters worse, attempts to retrieve the online chat conversation with the Appliance Connection representative have proven futile. It appears that their chat client does not allow users to retrieve previous conversations. This seems intentional and adds an extra layer of difficulty in proving what was originally ordered.This lack of transparency and accountability is deeply concerning, especially when dealing with significant purchases like appliances. The inability to present evidence of the online conversation puts customers at a disadvantage, leaving them vulnerable to potentially false claims made by the company.I am now left with no choice but to take legal action against Appliance Connection. It is disheartening to find myself in this situation, as a simple mistake in the delivery process has escalated into a dispute that could have easily been avoided with proper communication and accountability.My advice to potential customers is to exercise caution when dealing with Appliance Connection, especially for online purchases. Make sure to document every step of the transaction and keep records of your conversations, as the lack of access to chat history may hinder your ability to resolve issues should they arise.In conclusion, my experience with Appliance Connection has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

      This is by far one of the worst companies I have had to deal with. They are retaliatory in kind, very dishonest and careless. It has been months and I am still waiting on my items. To make matters worse, I advised them that my child was having major surgery and I needed the stove to prepare the meals - and nothing -not even an apology. The company did offer another dishwasher but never responded to my selection email so they can ship it to me. In terms of the stove - only the good Lord knows if I will receive it. In the mean time, I have been ordering meals for child as they are unable to leave the home due to the surgery. I am really disappointed in a business that is quick to take funds but, slow to resolve issues to no fault of the consumer. The amount of money I spent on ordering meals for the last two months far exceeds the cost of the stove. I will say that the company sent me a damaged microwave and replaced it fairly quickly, In terms of the Fridge I ordered, the door wont stay open - I am afraid If I make another claim- I will NEVER receive the pending items. It is very sad to be experiencing sales comes first, followed by dishonesty and fraud I am starting to think these are old damaged items being resold as new. Very disappointed.
