      I just wanted to thank the representative who helped me today with locating my warranty information. I didnt have the warranty number only the original receipt and I had been struggling to file a claim on my own. They went above and beyond by taking the time to look everything up for me, guiding me through finding the serial number, and helping me get the warranty properly registered.Their patience, professionalism, and knowledge really stood out. Thanks to their help, I was finally able to submit my claim, just like they walked me through. I truly appreciate the support and am now looking forward to the next steps in getting my TV repaired and working the way it should. Excellent customer **********************!
