      We opened a claim and they keep stonewalling and asking for more information. In the meantime our 2yr old GE fridge/freezer is not working properly and no ice. I called our seller and they stated they no longer use CPS for new sales due to poor customer response. Everything is ******* turnaround. They asked for all the information about our fridge which they already had from initial sale. Now they want a video of the *********** do you create a video of no ice? I showed the empty bin and ice cream that essentially is soft and soupy. These types of businesses are why people dont trust warranties.
