      After 5 years, the main burner of my GE Profile electric range failed. Fortunately, I have the extended warranty. They have an online portal for customers to file a claim and follow through the process, including scheduling an appointment. On the day of repair, the technician knew exactly what to do, and fixed the problem in no time. The process worked as expected.
