      CPS was great with my warranty that I had bought. Dealing with each and everyone was awesome they did a great job. They were very fast in a timely manner. I could not have asked for better service. I would do it again if I had to. So easy. I just gotta say thanks for their service and support.

      Nathan made my day!! He was so quick to handle my request for a refund of the warranty that I wasnt going to need to use. I purchased it through ******* for a laptop and the seller cancelled my purchase. ******* was no help in getting the warranty refunded even though they sell them but Nathan was so helpful and told me it would be no problem at all to get the refund which made me feel much better. If I ever have a need for a warranty and an opportunity to purchase one through your company again I would not hesitate to do so. CPS Customer Service is great!

      I recently submitted a claim to CPS and very pleased with professionalism , courteous and helpful response in helping resolve my issue. I will definitely use them again when in need of buying insurance when making a purchase . I appreciate their quick responsiveness to my questions and helping me to replace the cost of the broken device .

      I was very impressed by the way CPS handled my claim - they were fast, responsive and efficient. I was loathing filing a claim due to experience with other companies in the past, but CPS was terrific!

      I called today with a problem & ended up speaking with a supervisor named Eric F********. ********************* is the epitome of what a supervisor should be. He should start his own company training people in customer service. He not only did everything possible to solve my problem but my anger dissipated while speaking to him ????????????

      Capital gas range had issues. Covered by CPS and they sent local ********************************* They stated few parts required. Then a huge hassle occurred. Thrice Mr. ********* came. Each time wrong part, etc. Finally - they fixed it. Wait time: 3 months. In between 2nd burner died and I reported it. So they carried that additional part but told me CPS will not cover it and I need to pay.I reported all of above to CPS. A person by *************************** called me. I was taken aback by his professionalism, his candid approach and everything he said. It seems in the background Mr. ********* was fleecing CPS by charging astronomical amount for every time they came to my place (where in reality they didn't fix anything). Then that 2nd part was never NOT approved or even known to CPS! Not only this **** went above and beyond. 1> Funded me back the out of pocket I spent. 2. Told me to go ahead and instead call now and in future manufacturer's preferred repair company and whatever be the charges he'll authorize it and approve it! This was really a great experience - working with CPS and especially ***************************.
