      If zero stars were an option, I would have given them that. I purchased an ** washer dryer stack and a one year warranty from CPS. After 4 months, the glass inside the dryer spontaneously shattered into a million pieces. I sent several pictures and a video to CPS to file my claim. After a few days they denied my claim indicating that the warranty was only an extension of the original manufacturer's warranty and only offered coverage from the same type of issues that the manufacturer would cover. They indicated that physical, impact, cosmetic, or water damage are not covered under the manufacturers warranty. I responded back that the damage was due to a defect in the glass, that there was no physical, impact, cosmetic, or water damage that caused the glass to shatter. I wrote that nothing else could've caused the glass to have shattered from the inside other than defective glass. I asked them to reconsider as it was clearly a defect in the glass that caused it to shatter. They responded back that they had determined that their initial was indeed correct, that their warranty didn't cover physical damage. Frustrated with dealing them, I called ** customer ********************** and gave them the same explanation and pictures. They sent a repair tech out a few days later and he agreed that there was indeed a defect in the glass. The tech indicated to me that his next service call dealt with the same issue, glass shattering inside the dryer. ** replaced the door, the dryer drum and the inside panel, all under warranty. CPS should have done the same. They just didn't want to put out the money for the repair. Purchasing their warranty was a huge waste of money.

      This company is not doing there job !!They talk in circles and never answer your questions.Worst than that, they don't help to fix the problems.Someone in upper management needs to correct the customer ********************** representatives.You pay for a service and get the run around.Wouldn't recommend there warranties!!*****

      The most incredible experience of my life. From the time I initiated my claim CPS acted very expeditiously and professionally and had settled the claim within 72 hours. Totally unexpected but greatly appreciated. I will use them again when possible and HIGHLY recommend them to be your service provider.

      I have used CPS as a warranty company for my vaping products. They usually wear out before the life of the warranty so I have claimed on most of them. They respond quickly, never give me an issue about what is wrong with the item, just take my word for it, and send me back my purchase price very quickly. I will continue to buy these warranties on my vaping products.
