      We need support. The fridge we purchased a year ago has not worked since we purchased it. The warranty continues to give us a reason to wait. Never really taking any action. It is unacceptable to not have a working fridge for an entire year. They do not seem to care. They have sent people to the home who have been ineffective in fixing it. We were told if it could not be fixed, it would be replaced but now they are refusing it. Please help us. There has to be an easier way to resolve this other than getting lawyers. Thank you.
