      **** was great when I called to register my appliance shield warranty the other day. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to complete 3 more registrations because I needed to gather more information, and it was almost close of business. She politely suggested that I call back during business hours on Monday, and suggested doing the registration process online, if possible.

      It arrived sooner than expected and in excellent condition! I followed the directions included and charged it fully before using and I have had absolutely no issues at all!Granted, I've only had it a few days now, but I am truly very happy with this experience. I highly recommend this reseller Woot and will purchase through them again. Great warranty provided too!
