      Easy purchase of an accidental damage plan online. Responsive to inquiries and the collaboration with the seller. I haven't had any opportunity to use the plan, and with luck I won't have to, but given the possibility of an accident it's nice to know I have coverage for a potentially expensive repair.

      0 stars. This company is the worst. We have been without a fridge for 3 weeks now. It took them over a week to simply schedule a company with me. I called and tried to speak with a manager or supervisor 3 times, when I finally got someone he was rude and argumentative. They finally got me set up with a repair company, they were supposed to come last Friday, didnt show. They rescheduled, didnt show up that time either. This company is a complete scam! I have requested a full refund of fridge and warranty and also have requested a callback from the manager but hes too busy.

      Easy process to enter and navigate in order to register for the warranty. Whether or not they honor claims remains to be seen. Will update as needed.
