  Just booked with ************** and I will Never do it again, they sell you a ticket, and then call you and say that it is a non-refundable standby ticket, and you can either pay an extra $400 and actually get a seat on the plane, or they will have to change you to a different flight...and after I booked, they are still selling tickets on that same flight and robbing more people.They are crooks and should be shut down

  Scam please dont book They say that the flight is sold out after already booking pending ,then try to sell it to me for $200 more dollars than the original price.the lady that I spoke to her was really rude when she was telling me if ur not going to book with this new price ur money not refunded i told her i will go to my bank and show them everything ,she was yelling and telling me run to ur bank , she couldnt let me finish my words Please be carful

  DO NOT USE. They scam you. They offer a low rate and then want you to pay more because all the sudden they cant get that rate anymore.

  They are scammers, give you a lower price online and when you call them to confirm your ticket they want to give you the same ticket for higher price. .. dont never mess with them..

  FRAUD !!!!! SCAM !!!! I dont know how this is even able to be up and running scamming people out of money. Then you call and get yelled at by some rude guy cussing at you!!! 0 stars

  Scam & horrible customer service!!!! They advertised a flight for $278 and then when I submitted to complete the transaction it came up as pending. I called them to ask what was going on. One of the customer representatives stated that the flight was no longer available for that date and time unless I paid over $500. He did offer a different flight for that day at a super early time that costed $290 but that time didnt work for me. I asked him if they had charged the credit and and he said yes, so I asked for a refund. He was reluctant to do so and asked if the day before or day after would work and I told him yes either one would work as long as I could get the same price and departure time. He could only offer $500+ tickets. He was very short on the phone and not very courteous and even tried to tell me that there was no where I could get a cheaper price for that ticket. However thanks to priceline I did get that flight for under the $500. He did say that he refunded the ticket. I have screen shots of everything including the reference #, so I hope the refund does go through.

  7/7 ordered ticket listed for a round trip flight. Said it was pending next day after missing a call from them I spent 20 min on hold only to be told that the airlines said that flight is not available/sold out but can pay another $161. Cancelled but I thought maybe it was a fluke. Went back online and ordered same deal 7/8/2023. Says it was pending so I called them. Explained I wanted to make sure they were legit, that I had ordered a ticket and once again was in pending and before I made contact with BBB. instead of assuring me they were legitimate I was told call the Better Business Bureau and we dont have a reservation for you. Very rude. Clearly if I had looked at BBB I would have not ordered. I do not understand why they are still allow to scam people. Is there nothing that can be done.

  Scam! Why are they posting prices for flights that they cant book. I found out once I entered my card info to pay then got a message saying that my booking is pending. Finally got a call from a rude customer service person who was trying to make me pay more than $200 more for flight tickets. This sight should be shut down for false advertisement

  They are disgusting people. Total scam. As you read below they have you call them to confirm and say it's no longer available at that price and offer it at a higher price. I never fall for these things, they said they are legit as they would have pulled out all the cash I had on the ************ threat.They need to be shut down NOW
