  FRAUD!!!! I wish I had read the reviews before I began booking a flight. Everything they say is what happened to me. I booked a flight because of the lower price. Immediately I received a notification that my reservation was pending and asking me to call a number. When I called they said the flight information had changed and it was more expensive. They increased the price 2x, so in the end I paid the same as I would have from a more legitimate company with much more hassle. False advertisement is fraud! And as you can read in other reviews this happens to most, if not all, the customers. Use a more established booking agency. The price will be the same and you will have peace of mind.

  DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Its a scam. The prices they show are not accurate. I tried to book some flights today and it was pending review then got a call from an agent saying the flight price I saw were standby prices and that it was going to cost me another $600. Manager and customer service were rude and unhelpful. Not worth your time!

  I wish I could rate as zero stars. This site is a scam! I booked a flight and became suspicious after it said words to the effect someone will contact me to confirm the booking, I dont recall the exact wording, but have booked many flights using different websites/apps, etc., and never received a statement like that. So I googled Is this site legit and saw mixed and/or negative reviews. I tried to immediately cancel on line, and saw no option. I called the number listed, and their recording answered and said stay on the line to speak to someone. After a lengthy hold, a male voice said hello no business name nor his name, but I just asked to cancel my pending flight and he hung up on me. So, I logged in to my bank and put a hold on my debit card, since that transaction still hadnt processed yet. I also had to request a new card since this site had all of my info. What a fiasco, but ****** learned.

  Worst customer service I have ever experienced. After purchasing 3 airplane tickets, they called the next day and said that tickets were not available, but they had different seats on the same flight for an extra $228 each. Since transaction was never finalized I told them that I would go somewhere else. She said that they would go ahead and charge me anyway, and I can get my money back in weeks. When I asked why? She hung up the phone. I called back to the ***** # and a different person answer the phone, and when I started explaining my situation he also hung up on meSave yourself headaches/stress and a bunch of money and dont ever use this company

  Booked a flight for $320 only to get a call 10 minutes later to tell me the the price went up to $549. Then they hung up on me and tried charging my card. SCAM!!!!!!! Stay away from this company.

  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!if there was an zero rating i would have chosen that !I booked a flight paid money- and it said pending need to wait for a customer service to call . While I'm waiting I called the 1st time rude customer service as if he was asleep and hung up while I was asking a questions. call 2" customer service calls and says the price has gone up withing 7 minutes and we have another airline SPIRIT I immediately said no! If I wanted that horrible airline i would have choose it. He over talked me I couldn't've get a word in edge wise. I said this is my first and last time using this company I PUT IN ALL my cc information and have to wait for a call back to confirm I have never booked a flight like that and not to mention you call back with a higher price or choose another flight with rude customer service who do not need to be in that field and he hung up .. WOW !!! NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!!!

  I use only one star only for make a review! This is a bad so bad company they show online a price for flights and when they charge in your card they make a extra charges, and we call and they said you accepted this charge by email, ridiculous and they dont help, DONT USE THIS PAGE IF YOU DONT WANT HAVE A BAD SERVICE!

  This is absolutely a scam. I booked a flight ticket and called because I hadnt received my ticket yet and the Rude customer service lady told me I had to pay hundreds of dollars more for the same ticket and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said she was the owner and she could not help me. Absolutely do not use this website. Luckily they did not charge my account before I got a hold of ***************** They also were trying to use my card to order other things online as I was getting emails, asking for the verification code for these purchases.
