  I book a flight to ***** and it told me that it was on hold then I receive a phone call from I guy that he told me hes name was ***** but the Emails are saying **** but anyway he informed me that Delta didnt have that booking available anymore and of course we book me another fly with American (more expensive of course). I try to cancel but I couldnt it was not refundable. So I book the **** fly just for ***** or **** what ever hes name is to tell me that if I want I can get the original booking that I original book but for a higher price. This people are a BIG SCAM!!!!!!. Do not use this Website!!!

  This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. -100 stars, I booked a flight this afternoon. The reservation immediately said pending and that I could call a number. I did call and the first agent was like, no agents are available and hung up. I called back, second agent and he advised that the seats were sold out for the flight time that I selected and that I could pay more for another flight or change my travel plan. I told him I did not want to do either and that I was able to book on the airline's site. He laughed and said I booked with them so that was my options. I said cancel only for him to say they already charged me and that I wouldn't get any money until ***** day. I did check my bank and there was no charge. I called a 3rd time and all the agent said was your reservation is cancelled and hung up. Rude *********** and I will spread the word how bad they are.

  This company is a scam. I booked flights for my dad and they showed it pending and I had to call them they wanted to charge $68 more they gave me all the info etc for this then o asked off a refund and they said I had to go through delta airlines. I called delta and they have no record of my dads flight and that the travel company is the one that had a to do the refund. Called them back they couldnt find my trans by the # because they changed it and I asked to speak to a supervisor they refused then I asked for my refund he finally said no its only a credit its non refundable even though it says online refundable for ************************************************************************** so I had to get the ticket holder to call and they couldnt help me and that my dad would have to call his bank. Total scam dont use this company

  SCAM!!!!!!!!! Do not book anything!!! There is no way this is a legitimate business. Their website needs to be shut down.

  Such A SCAM. I booked with this company. I was called the next day and told that my order was still pending. However, the price had increased from $600 to $900. Even though my order was allegedly pending, I was told that I could not cancel. If I did try to cancel, I would not receive a refund. This company is intentionally dishonest.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I'd select 0 Stars if I could.....Booked a flight this morning - no confirmation received after booking. Called them only to be told that I didn't receive an order confirmation due to the flight price being considerably different than advertised...from $444 to $698! I was told that I cannot receive a refund even though I just booked 5 hours ago. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

  Same issue as other people, they let you book the flight then come back and say it is no longer available for that price and try to raise the price $100 or more. Wish I would have checked the reviews first.

  The prices listed are not accurate. I booked a flight on their website and never actually got booked. I was contacted later and told this was only a standby flight. they attempted to raise the cost by $100. They ultimately hung up on me when I said I would not accept the higher price.

  BUYER BEWARE!! They are scammers! Don't be fooled by the low priced flights..I finally got ahold of someone to confirm my flight only to find out she was telling me she couldn't get me on my return flight and I'd have to pay almost $200 more per ticket! They are rude and unprofessional.

  DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!I hope you were smart enough to read the reviews before you book. I unfortunately did not read she reviews prior to booking on the site. Reservations are pending reservations. Then someone calls you and says your tickets are no longer available, the price has increased. They were supposedly emailing me with confirmations of flights while we were hanging up. My credit card was billed 2 charges on Dec 12. Neither amount adds up to the amount on my pending reservation request. I have no idea what i paid for. Its now January 10th. After many attempts, calls emails- daily. Still do not have a confirmation or receipt of what we actually paid for. I have been yelled at and hung up on and told a supervisor would call me in 24hrs- too many times to count. We disputed the charges on our credit card. Credit card company put part of the charges ****** after disputed and they told us we would have to call them if we still have issues. We called. Called a few time. I was told I reported the charges as fraudulent, theres nothing to cancel and never call back again. Horrible. I booked different flights direct with an airline. Instant confirmation and instant break down of charges . Do NOT use this site!! Absolutely horrible
