  They are running a scam and getting away with it I went to cheaOTickes and they are on top of the list being recommended as an travel agency I dont have no money to get home this is devastating I bought a ticket they said it was pending a Indian guy came on the phone and told me my reservation isnt complete I have to pay 80 more dollars I told him I dont have it and he hang the phone up on me. I went to the site and cant find where I purchased the ticket this is so crazy Im left in a mess right now.

  Should be 0 stars I booked a flight for my son, the dates were wrong and I didn't recieve a confirmation email. I called the number provided to cancel the flight. The agent told me there was a ****** charge to cancel the flight, even though I called 30 minutes after making the reservation. He then directed me to reschedule and told me he could waive the fee. The flights he directed me to were much, much higher than the original flight. I ended up making a flight to a destination much farther away and was charged thru the airline even though I did not confirm the reservation. I was able to contact the airline and get the flight canceled and the money refunded. The booking site Top flight fares refused a refund. I believe a 24 hour cancelation is standard policy for airline reservation. Top flight fares I believe is a dishonest company, they bait you with low fares then don't send confirmation when you call they direct you to much more expensive options. Top flight fares is a company that lacks integrity and I believe to be dishonest in their business practices.

  I went on line to book a flight and received a call ten minutes later from *****. She told me the airline raisedbthebprice of my second flight $88. I told her tonvancel the flight since I could buy it on priceline for cheaper. She told me to do it then.... I tried and it didn't let me initially. She put me on hold and charged me the extra and told me she knows her job anf priceline prices and the only way to cancel with her was to book the dame flight elsewhere. While on hold I figured out how to book the price line flight for $155 and I told her. She told me it was too late now. When I expressed I would never use this sight again she ******* I was taunting her and to stick to topic. She didn't want to hear me out about the discrepancy in the price. The web **** says cancelation available but that is a lie.

  You seems to be mentally disbalanced w***e ,hope your father and brother f***s you everyday in night and ****** a*****e when you dont have money go and earn money while being w***e every night and hope you get all the pain and disease in life and it never gets cured, Hope you and your family would have pathetic life ahead , You S**t do not deserve any respect .You should be in some mental hospital ,I hope you get marries to pathetic perosn ever and he leaves you for other lady and your son f***s you and your daughter evey night and the you cry out of pain and no one then you d*e .Go to h**l B***h ,A*****e C**t !!Your daughter will be s**t --------------------------------------------------------This was the email I received from ******** ***** after I booked a last minute flight for my brother so he could attend our friend's funeral after he had missed the original flight I booked him. I was in a rush and grieving so my scam senses were nonexistent. They sent me the pending email everyone has mentioned and when I got the call, she screamed at me, told me I'm not listening, contradicted herself and then yelled at me when I pointed it out, and tried to make me pay $400 more. I was able to cancel the transaction with my credit card company but I mean my god, I've never experienced something so insane. Scammers don't even act like this. These are way beyond just scammers, they are predators. I'm sure there's some fine print in minuscule letters on their site so I know nobody can do much about it, but I needed to share that disgusting email with the world.

  ****! You will regret using this website!Its actually 0 stars! Terrible experience. Dont trust this website! They advertise one price but once you select the flight and book says pending and you got to call them. Once you are on the phone with customer service member the price increases and the one you booked isnt available anymore. Besides, the man was rude, wouldnt let me speak or make questions and tried to sell it to me even though I could cancel it free of charge as I was within the 24h of purchase. As per his saying I couldnt cancel without being charged $150 fee that apparently applies to the airline company Frontier when on ********* oficial website clearly states all tickets may be cancelled for a full refund up to 24h from the time of purchase. He said also that I dont understand English and ask me not to confuse him with too many questions!!!!

  If I could, I would leave zero stars. Its a big scam! They advertise very low flights and then say after they take your credit card that it is pending and then when you speak to them, they dont have the fair as they dont have the seats they dont even have the exact dates. Its just a way to try and get you to book tickets. The man was so nasty on the phone thank God I was able to just hang up on him because he wouldnt stop trying to book me on. I called my credit card and they said there was nothing pending. It is a big scam when something is too good to be true it is.

  A complete joke of a company. Booked online like everyone else. They called and said flight only had one seat available. I needed 2. I said go ahead and cancel then. "***" said, he could cancel but I get no refund since they had my credit card info. This place needs to be shut down. Finally got a flight after 2 hours of back and forth. Extra fees of course.

  They gave a good discounted price online. We booked it, got a reference number, and then waited for them to call. They called and said the discounted price was no longer available and the flight was booked but they could get me a seat for $200 more. I told them no thank you. They tried to offer me other flights that did not work. I said no thank you. Then they told me I can not get my money back if I cancel. Such a scam. How can you charge someone for a flight that was never booked. Don't use them.

  They are not professional at all, then waiting to book a flight pending with a reference number which doesnt help you in any way. Then online they have prices up and they have no tickets for that price when asked about it attitude. Question about different dates, the rep mentioned that I was stupid. And they became very disrespectful. Not to mention their booking is stand by

  I booked a flight and called instantly after. I was on hold for 15 minutes. The person who picked up was very rude from the start. Then proceeds to tell me that the flight was increased by $300. I let him know I would not be able to go then and if they can cancel. He tried to talk me into another flight. I let him know I wouldnt be able to because the flight is to go see my dad because he may be passing away in the hospital and he than told me " oh so you dont care about your dad?" Scam and Scum Company!!!!Better off walking than booking with this company!!!
