  If there is negative star available, I will give it to this company.I booked air ticket from Jan to abe ******* got automatic confirmation from this company and right after that I got another email of pending and tell me to contact them and when I contacted them, company informed me that they cannot offer me this booking because airline dont have seat for basic economy. They told me seat is available in another class for double the price. So I told them to cancel it and send me the email. I have to called them five times to get my cancellation email. Even after this much trouble there is no cancellation reference number in the email.They take my all the information and now Im worried as this company looks fraud to me.Never book a ticket through this website.

  If I could give it 0 stars, I would. DO NOT BUY! I agree with everyone on here. They say that the flight is sold out (after already booking), and then try to sell it to me for $200 more dollars than the original price. They were also both VERY RUDE. I asked for a confirmation email of my cancellation (because they seemed sketchy) and they wouldnt send it.

  Booked a round trip ticket. Confirmation was for one way. Stated if I wanted to go round trip the price would be double. Do not use this company.

  This company is a BIG PITIFUL SCAMM!!!! DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PPL. Better off going straight to the airlines. They will try to flag you from the airlines if you catch them in there mess. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS AGENCY!

  100% scam on the website shows a nice cheap price and after booking within seconds you get a email your booking its pending. So right after you give your credit card information for that nice price you get an email saying Confirmation pending. Right at way you call asking why its the confirmation pending they say sorry that fly not available there is other options but at wwat higher price. If you did no lets cancel they hit you up with a $25 fee.

  Terrible company!! Bought ticket then was told to call. Once I called they said the ticket purchased was no longer available and I needed to pay an additional 100 dollars more to get the flight. I asked why the website price was not available all of a sudden and got the run around. Was forced to cancel but was charged 50 dollars to cancel a flight 5 minutes after booking. Was told our refund would be credited in 24 hours once the 50 dollars is processed. Awful company and should be shutdown!!

  Top Flight Fares is the most DISHONEST bunch of SCAMMERS around!! DO NOT EVER deal with these people!! Whichever flight I ( or any customers) try to book, the agents tell you it is Sold Out and the best fare they can offer you is anywhere from $230. to $900.00 MORE than the actual airline carriers! They are despicable!!DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!! It is inconceivable that they are still in business!!

  Do not use!! I booked a flight and they emailed and said that flight wasn't available and tried to upsale $250 dollars. I argued and she talked circles and finally got it down to 150 over my initial price with a later land time than I asked for by 2 hours. The site said 24 hour cancellation. I found the tickets cheaper and called to cancel. They initially refused to cancel but then came back with trying to refund me 200 less because the tickets had "been processed" They then said that they were basic economy, not economy - which meant no carry on bag. I told them it says economy on the ticket you sent me. She's like "the *** means basic economy" I replied that I had been told economy when I was initially trying to get the flights figured out. They refused to change it to economy, refused to refund 100% like the site said. Absolutely scammed.

  I thought it questionable when they said it was booked and then I get a email asking me to call them. Said they would call back in 10 minutes. No called two more times--same thing. I called a friend to check them out. She told me that the BBB gave them a D- rating. So we decided to cancel my credit card. The credit card place to me, it hadn't been charged yet and would issue me a new one.

  SCAM, You book flights get an email confirmation then they call you saying you have to pay $100 or $300 for flight dont book with this company
