    This was our first time shipping a vehicle and we were torn between several companies. I am SO happy that we chose ********** were phenomenal from the first call and our vehicle was delivered on time, in perfect condition for the exact amount that we agreed upon.     Very *** service They had a date to pick up car no later than 5/2 This was booked for Six weeks They never picked up car They kept making excuses They never answered my calls or called me back After the date of 5/2 they had no driver for my car Well they decided to charge me ****** for a cancellation fee What a scam They cant find a driver to pick up your car so they charge you a cancellation fee what a scam. I also noticed a great review in my name which I never wrote They seem to be writing there own reviews using customers names On there web site they have ALL great reviews I wonder why Go on yelp or other sites and see ALL the real reviews You will be very surprised how much *** really ***** I ended up driving the car back up North because of a very unreliable company

    Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience and would like to offer some important clarifications regarding your order.

    Please note that the $149 cancellation fee was initially charged in connection with a cancellation request we received on 04/02/2025. After that request, your booking was renewed, but the original cancellation fee had already been collected at that time and was not a result of the later cancellation.

    As outlined in the Terms and Conditions of the signed contract, we work with an estimated pickup windownot a guaranteed one. This is clearly stated and agreed upon prior to placing an order. Furthermore, wed like to clarify that your vehicle was double-booked with another broker, which significantly delayed and complicated the scheduling process.

    Per Section 8(b) of the signed agreement, if an order is double-booked with another broker, the cancellation fee still applies. We encourage you to review the cancellation policy in full under that section for more details.

    Regarding your claim of a fabricated review, we take such accusations very seriously. If you believe a review was posted fraudulently using your name, we kindly ask that you provide more specific details so we may investigate this matter thoroughly.

    I found *** to be professional and very well priced. Although there isn't much communication after your car is picked up, if you call the company directly and ask for an update, they are very happy to help. I was very nervous about shipping my car across the country for receipt by my daughter, but they delivered it on time and were very courteous and professional to my daughter when she picked it up. I would definitely ship with *** again.

    Was quoted to pick up within 1-2hrs, driver didnt not show up that day. Next day was told again 1-2hrs, called driver at 3hrs and he said he was getting petrol and would be 45mins away. 2hrs later still did not show up, canceled the pickup and going with another shipping company.

    That said, we completely understand how upsetting and disruptive it must have been to deal with the constant time changes communicated by the assigned carrier. This kind of inconsistency can understandably interfere with your plans and expectations.

    It was hard to communicate with the Driver due to language barrier, he did a good job. He spoke on his phone with a foul mouth person that wanted him to collect an additional $500.00 or leave the f###### car on the trailer. My son got on the phone and left him know we had a contract for a set price, the person then gave the Driver the OK to unload the car
