    Great experience. They guaranteed my price on booking and didnt try any funny business when it came time to ship the car. Great experience all around from booking to transport. The shipper was very professional and friendly, new truck and got my car across country in three days. Amazing.

    Personal were very friendly and informativethe price was fair and they didnt try to do any deceptive double talk they arrived to pick up van when the said and delivered when they said.. and van came in One piece. Driver was friendly.. also no fees added on after arrival I would use their services again and recommend them..

    1 The good, they are very quick to get you a driver 2 they will price match any other ligit company 3 the bad: once the driver is confirmed and they take your 20 percent deposit they are done and dont care any longer. They got your money. The rest of the money you would pay the driver in cash cashiers check or Venmo at delivery *** made me fill out forms with a contact number to communicate with. I gave them the number of a friend since I was going to be in ****** on vacation. For three days neither me nor my contact person heared anything.All of a sudden after three days of nothing I receive a text while in ****** that the driver is 20 minutes away from my house. My contact person did not get a single call or notice during any of the ************************* was a ln absolutely terrible experience and I would not recommend them to anyone. Personally I think the fact that I have to work with a broker **** because u work with a middleman and they basically just like to sign as many contracts as possible-and they are nice to you at this point because they get your money-but thats it. Once they have your 20 percent why care more? I think ***** are companies that will be way more professional but *** was a nightmare for seeing the transaction all the way to the end. With me they were great till they got my money

    It is correct that SGT Auto Transport operates as a licensed freight broker. Our role is not to transport vehicles ourselves, but to use our auto hauling expertise and vetted carrier network to arrange transport with licensed and insured motor carriers. That said, it isnt accurate to say our responsibility ends once a deposit is taken. The moment a contract is signed, our team immediately begins the process of securing capacity. This involves extensive carrier vetting, confirming insurance and operating authority, negotiating rates, securing driver information, and coordinating pickup and delivery details.

    Once a carrier is assigned, they take the lead on coordinating the actual pickup and delivery, but our involvement doesnt stop there. Our support team remains available at all times to assist, monitor shipments, request status updates directly from carriers and drivers, and escalate concerns to our ***************** and Carrier Compliance teams when necessary. Your statement that we only care until we receive a deposit does not reflect how we operate as a company. We stand by our commitment to supporting our customers from booking through delivery.

    That said, we take your comments seriously. Your feedback is being forwarded to our ***************** and Carrier Compliance teams for further review and audit, so we can identify where communication failed in your shipment and use that insight to strengthen our processes.

    We appreciate your honest input and remain committed to improving our services while upholding the standards that many of our customers have trusted us for.

    I chose *** because they advertised and upcharged for a guaranteed pickup date. That date came and went without a pickup. This failure created significant logistical issues and enormous stress, as we were trying to ensure our vintage car arrived in time for our daughters wedding.When a new pickup was offered for the following day, the slot vanished in the short time it took to make arrangements. After multiple phone calls, another pickup was scheduledat a higher fee. I had no real choice but to agree. Even then, the promised pickup time was delayed repeatedly before the driver finally arrived.The entire experience was a nightmare. *** failed on both their commitment to date and to price, and the lack of accountability was unacceptable.

    Were sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. As per the agreement, *** arranged a motor carrier to pick up your vehicle on the guaranteed pickup date. Unfortunately, due to mechanical issues with the assigned truck, our team had to reschedule with a different carrier, which caused the delay. Mechanical failures are rare occurrences that cannot be predicted at the time of assigning a carrier but can cause disruptions, particularly in time-sensitive situations.

    This is also outlined in the contract under point 24(d):

    "Pickup Guarantee: *** guarantees to pick up your vehicle on the confirmed Guaranteed Pickup Date. In the rare event that we are unable to meet this commitment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, road closures, mechanical failures), *** will provide timely communication and work diligently to reschedule the pickup at the earliest available opportunity."

    As agreed, our team worked diligently to promptly secure a new carrier, and your vehicle was successfully delivered despite the initial delay. Regarding the price adjustment, this was presented as an optional solution to help avoid further delays. You were not obligated to accept it, but in time-sensitive situations, we make sure our customers are informed of all available options so they can decide on the best course of action.

    Last minute, after signing a contract within a month period and after several daily email reminders, they raised the price from 900to move a car from sea to *******, to 1400 .It doesnt make any sense. We signed a binding contract. Your company waited to the last day to raise the price and tell me its what I have, take it or leave it A friend of ours got the same 900 price from ******* to *******, same time frame. No additional fees were sprung at them at the last minute. So definitely something fishy!Ridiculous. I will never use this service again. Even if I drive the car myself. Its a matter of principle. Stick to the contract or I will find another company.Please do not give me the story of market changes. It did not change for the friend and it did not change in the two weeks during our booking, we signed a contract!!Plus the company you contracted for us to move our car scratched the front hood in two places and , you and them, refuse to take responsibility for it, (after us having taken tons of pictures before and after as proof).All *** cared for is me changing my review. Actually Im adding to it.*** had the audacity to give me a bogus company with a fake number to reach out for insurance purposes. I am filing a complaint against your company. I paid lot of money for piece of mind and insurance, but instead it was all a headache from A to Z. Never again.!!

All of our contracts state that pickup and delivery dates are estimated unless a guaranteed pickup option is selected, and that rates are based on current market conditions at the time a carrier is assigned. While we always strive to secure carriers at the originally quoted rate, if no carrier accepts within the agreed timeframe, customers are presented with the option of waiting or approving a revised rate. This is never done to mislead but to ensure service can be completed within your timeline.

    Your vehicle was fully insured during transport, and as outlined in the signed contract, customers are required to report any damages within 24 hours of delivery. In this case, we were not notified within that timeframe.

    Nevertheless, our dedicated claims team always makes every effort to investigate and ensure every issue is handled to the best of our abilities. We have already initiated an investigation regarding the reported damage, involving both you and the responsible carrier, to ensure the situation is addressed properly.

    We appreciate you sharing your concerns and want to reassure you that we take these matters seriously and are committed to resolving them in accordance with the terms of our contract.

    Could not be happier! I got an online quote in May for an ****** pick up date, every question I had was answered in a timely manner. I felt like they held my hand the entire way. Received an email a couple days before my pick up date saying they secured a carrier, got a call day of saying driver would notify me of pick up time and location. Met the driver, loaded up the car and it was on it's way to ***** from **********. Once at location, recipient was notified and given plenty of time to coordinate pick up. They stayed on schedule, no additional fees from my contract, excellent communication and overall smooth, amazing transaction. If I ever need to ship another car, I'm calling ****
