    I was quoted one price for my car to be transported and sign a contract with certain 3 day window,they change the date. They increased the price by $100 at the last minute. Driver verbally say he would arrive between 12-2 pm,it was 6:45 almost dark, while he stopped at an auto auction 1.5 hours from my apartment.The contract stated to pick up my car at my apartment,the driver say he couldnt come there. I had to meet in a dangerous area of town,had to take a Lyft to return to my apartment, then on the delivery side. Driver wouldnt deliver to my house which is off a ***********. My suggestion is do not use this Company. I am a travel nurse, will place this same issue on our website, so they wont have to go through what I did.

    The driver arrived on, was very through with inspecting my vehicle. And he ensured the information concerning the address he was delivering the car too. And he delivered on the date that he stated. This was the second time using SGT Auto Transport, no issues pickup and delivery of my autos.

    Driver was great! Got here faster than I thought, communicated very well and obviously hard working. Price was excellent. Only quibble would be that service is not actually "door to door" as both pick up and drop off locations required an additional vehicle/cost to drop off and retrieve vehicle.Main reason for the 3/5 stars is the harassment for feedback. In the 40 hrs since I received my vehicle, approximately 1.5 business days, I have received no less than 5 emails and a phone call badgering me for feedback. The phone call was primarily to tell me about the emails, not ask questions. I would have been happy to provide a 5/5 if I had been given the chance to provide feedback when I had a moment, but now I am posting out of sheer irritation and attempting to make the constant pestering for feedback stop. Honestly it is a shame. The entire process up to this point was smooth, easy, and excellent with only negligible issues. But to close with this unrelenting bombardment is counter productive and has soured the experience.If this is seen by the company, I strongly recommend revising your protocols for feedback solicitation.I have now provided the feedback they requested, but I don't think it is what they hoped for.

    Fantastic all the way. I was a little skeptical. But once it started happening, which only took one day. And 1 day to delivery door to door. And seeing the fantastic equipment. In the professional courteous driver. I knew I was in great hands. 5 stars all the way.
