1 starIf I could give 0 stars, I would..I called **** got a quote, and signed a contract 2 weeks ahead of time. The day before my car was scheduled to be picked up, they called and changed to contract and increased the price $300 more. The car does not leave ******* when its suppose to and is delayed being dropped off, all for more money. As a Veteran, They dont give discounts like the site states.From *** not honoring there contract prices & increasing them on the last day, to the car not leaving ******* when it was suppose to, now its a delay in delivery Complete inconveniences, lies, and deception tactics!Use a different company for sure.SGT Auto Transport Corp.

However, due to fluctuations in market demand, fuel prices, and driver availabilityespecially during peak seasonsthere are rare instances when a carrier cannot be secured at the original rate. In such cases, our team reaches out in advance to discuss any necessary adjustments before proceeding, and the customer is never obligated to accept the change.Regarding the delivery timeline, all pickup and drop-off dates are estimated, as noted in our terms and conditions. Delays can occur due to unforeseen logistical factors such as weather, traffic, or carrier scheduling. We understand how frustrating this can be and always strive to minimize such disruptions.
Concerning the Veteran discount, we are proud to support those who have served. To ensure the discount is applied, customers must let us know they are eligible at the time of booking. We apologize if this was not communicated clearly during your interaction.

1 starSgt Auto Transport caused deep frustration and disappointment regarding the service I received from them. They have very poor and unreliable customer service representatives. My vehicle was not picked up on the agreed date and time, The pickup also missed the estimated window I was given leading to me having to pay out of pocket to have my employee wait for a driver to pick up my vehicle. Despite multiple attempts I was unable to reach anyone from their customer service team via phone and was forced to wait on hold for an extended period of time. I did not receive any meaningful updates pertaining to my vehicle pickup. Just a representative saying they would give me a call back, after hours of waiting I did not receive a call from anyone at the company. This lack of communication and failure to deliver as promised is completely unacceptable. I expected a professional and reliable service but instead Ive been left without answers.SGT Auto Transport Corp.

5 starsThey picked up my vehicles and my address in ******** **** ****** on 30 May 2025, I received them in pace Florida and my new address on 31 May 2025, which was remarkable. Both vehicles ran as they are supposed to. They deliver my vehicles. The only problem was Communication of payment. Which was taken care of. I would recommend them if anyone wanted to move vehicles without driving. Excellent service.SGT Auto Transport Corp.

These folks did what they said they would and kept in close communication with us the entire time the car was loaded to the time it arrived 1100 miles later. 1 starIts one star because theres no way to show zero stars. This company issued me a guaranteed price but when the transport was being confirmed they wanted to charge 20% more than the guaranteed quoted price. I cancelled and they immediately charged me a $149 cancellation fee saying I did not cancel quotes from other companies. I had documentation of the other company cancellations but they did not ask for any support, they just charged the $149 fee. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL STATE A PRICE IS GUARANTEED AND THEN ATTEMP TO INCREASE THE PRICE BEFORE SERVICE IM PROVIDED.SGT Auto Transport Corp.

First, we want to emphasize that transparency and integrity are core values at SGT Auto Transport. We work hard to clearly communicate our policies and procedures at every stage of the shipping process. The quote you received was issued with a rate based on standard market conditions and assuming the vehicle was not double-booked with multiple brokers.
As stated in the signed terms and conditions under Section 1j, a Double booked/booking occurs when a customer books with multiple brokers simultaneously. This disrupts our ability to negotiate in good faith with licensed carriers. It also causes confusion and mistrust within our carrier network and leads to unnecessary increases in transport costs and delays. Unfortunately, in your case, the vehicle was double-booked, which impacted our ability to secure a carrier at the originally quoted rate.
As for the cancellation fee, your request to cancel was honored. However, as outlined clearly in our contract under Section 8b(B), the $149 cancellation fee is applicable when:
The cancellation occurs before the estimated pickup window expires, or
The transport has been double-booked with another broker.Both of these conditions applied to your booking.
We understand the frustration cancellations and price changes can cause. However, we also want to express the reality that significant time, money, and resources go into coordinating each shipment. Once a contract is signed, our team immediately begins the process of sourcing, vetting, and securing the most reliable and compliant carrier for your transport.
We genuinely appreciate all honest feedback, and in turn, we offer the same. No one is obligated to use our service, but using our resources and electing not to cover the associated costs is neither reasonable nor fair.
We stand by our commitment to our customers and to executing service contracts in good faith. This structure protects both parties and ensures quality service. Our policies including the cancellation fee are disclosed verbally, in writing, on our website, and in all confirmation emails.

1 starWARNING!! This was the worst experience Ive ever had with a car transport. DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORT COMPANY. *** has ZERO integrity or professionalism. Instead of contacting you to let you know they couldnt find a carrier, instead of being honest, transparent and forthcoming about whats happening with your case, they drag you along until its too late. Once you sign up with them via a sales agent you are funneled to communicate with dispatch only. Good luck with that. They rarely pick up their phone and will leave you in waiting in a queue for 30mins until its your turn, only to disconnect the call when youre next. I assume they have some sort of system which allows them to see which customer is calling by phone number, so if they dont have a driver they dont care to talk to you and explain or be honest. They dont care one iota about their image, reputation or how their negligence affects your life. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You have been forewarned. 1 starWould give it a zero star if I could.... Waisted 2 weeks on my transport...Terrible communication and false promises. Kept being told that driver was coming/going to be scheduled....Finally pulled the plug and went somewhere else....Cheap(er) price initially but you get what you pay for...On the positive side, refund was promptly issued.SGT Auto Transport Corp.
